The play area here is never clean! It is absolutely discusting!!! We have been twice, thinking maybe we just caught them on an off day. Kids socks needed to be throw away both times. 3 of the 4 kiddos came down with blood on them, yes blood. I was so grossed out. I called the manager and they didnt think it was that big of a deal and did not close the play area down. So many diseases could come from that! Never going back.

These guys are trying but fall short on the number one priority taking care of the customer when there’s a line of people. Let’s try having more people at the register.
The manager was taking care of other issues with loitering but when he came back in he was on top of it. But the people working there really didn’t care too much.

Horrible. I have had so many problems with this McDonalds;
Wrong food; even after CAREFULLY saying in DETAIL what I would like they still can’t get it right. Burnt English muffins for breakfast. When ordering Cinnamelts, they ALWAYS put it in the bag either upside down or on its side, making all the toppings leak out. Kitchen staff yelling back and forth in Spanish, LOUDLY. Employees smoking cigarettes near the doors to the restaurants. Small seating area that always seems to have two tables filled with employees on break.
I have complained and complained to no avail. Why do I keep going back? Cheap prices and right near my house. I’ll find somewhere else now. I gave them a chance.

I was very disappointed by the service and the quality of the food at this McDonalds. It was way below what I had expected, which is saying a lot because I have very low expectations for McD’s. The restaurant was dirty, the service was slow, and my chicken nuggets were lukewarm and chewy. Avoid this McD’s at all cost.

This MacDonalds has really improved its staff and service in recent years — a huge turn around from previous years. Kudos to the management for this. They have done an amazing job. I give this three stars for A OK.

i hate mcdonalds, my friend made me eat here, kind of on a dare, and it was terrible… i won’t eat here again until another person literally forces me too…
