We were given a quote, and when the truck showed up were told a very different story. We were told that, all-​in-​all, it would be about $ 1,000 more than the quote.
There were a handful of reasons for this, none of which were acceptable and almost all of which could have been avoided with improved communication. When we expressed our displeasure, we were given a rude, «talk down to» response and decided to take our business elsewhere.

These guys were very helpful when setting up the move. Especially since I had to book a moving day less than a week away!
I originally went with a company that had good reviews, but they messed up on getting a move scheduled, so I called Metro Moving. They got all my info right and were at my house on time.
The move went smooth, they were quick and professional. I’d recommend them and use them again.
