Takes forever to get an appointment, 1 to 1 ½ months. Can be waiting over an hour to be taken back. Several times, it’s been between 1 ½ to 2 hours.
Phone calls are NOT returned by the lone medical assistant. You have to call back multiple times, complain about the lack of not receiving any help to have anything done.
Don’t bother faxing anything because apparently, the medical assistant cannot read either. You have to call and speak with the front office to verbally give instructions to the MA on faxes.
The MA doesn’t read charts either (see above). Items you call or fax about that should be easily read in your charts, will be ignored. This includes important things such as allergies and medications and simple instructions on forms.
Don’t bother calling and leaving a message if your in pain, frantic, or have a hearing aid amplifier. The MA will assume you’re screaming and not return your call.
Dr. Alexander knows her stuff. Too bad her staff is horrible. Don’t bother and find someone else.
