The food is consistent. It’s cheap Chinese food and sometimes I just want that. However, the 1 star is for the LONG wait every time I am there. I walked in and there was one employee serving food and no one else around for another 15 mins.

Ehh alright food, service varies on who’s working but most times When I come here it seems like the employees just wanna quit their lives… If that makes sense there is no value in the customer.

This is the SLOWEST Panda I’ve ever been to. It takes about 3 – 4 minutes per person, so 2 people in front of you means you’ll be in there for around 10 minutes. This is supposed to be fast food… Also, if you actually know what you want then you’ll likely wait an extra 5 — 10 minutes for them to prepare it. They’re consistently out of at least a third of their dishes.

I rarely rate an oriental place 5 stars because I’ve had bad experiences. If you love honey shrimp then you will love the Panda Express. I got a couple of sides because I start at 4AM tomorrow. Good eats for my bachelorette breakfast. Love this place but it is kind hidden.

Let me start by saying I am fine with the Panda Express chain. I am fine with their version of Chinese food. My main issue is *this* location. First, the queuing area is just awkward unless you are walking in to an empty line. This is something I don’t believe I have ever done. Second, every time I go it, it seems at least one item I am ordering«will be right out». Their version of «right out» takes 10 – 15 minutes generally from my experience. The staff here seems very easily overwhelmed and once they have 2 or 3 people waiting on food(which invariably means me plus one or two) everything implodes and it takes much longer for anything to be done. Lastly, the fact that their«hey we are sorry that you had a bad experience» attempt to save the customer coupon is THEEXACTSAMEDEALYOUGETFORTAKINGTHEIRPHONESURVEY, but printed on a pretty coupon, is just a it insulting. I will still eat at Panda Expresses, but likely will not be frequenting this one again.

I have not been thrilled with the experience here as of late. For a grab-and-go restaurant, it sure does take a long time to get in and out. The problem seems to be that they let everything run out, and then cook to order as people wait. It’s very strange. All in all, the food is okay once it finally does make it to you. I’m enjoying the«lighter side» menu options lately, which include things like green bean chicken and broccoli beef. The issue isn’t with Panda; it’s with this particular location. Don’t pick here if you’re in a hurry.

This location is just okay it’s not great and it’s not severely bad. I do agree that most of the dishes are not on display and that you can order and wait for hot and fresh dishes but you really just want them to have hot and fresh dishes. The teriyaki chicken i will wait for because it’s much better fresh and to make it at home would take a lot more time than just waiting for it here. The men that work there are not that great they will stand around and wait for the ladies who work there to come and help you they pretend like they are busy with something but they are really not doing anything. I like the older asian lady who works there she generally has a good attitude as well as the other lady with long black hair that works there I think she is new. Anyhow you have to know that you probably are going to have to wait and you have to ask for what you want or you wont get it. It’s not a terrible location I have had worse at the mall and they keep the place pretty clean from the short time I was there. I will still come here for my chinese fix; it’s fast food so I keep my expectations at that level.

Come on, this is supposed to be quick serve Chinese food. Ordered the feast to go and they have nothing ready and can only make one dish at a time. Waiting and serving all of the people after me with the food they made for the feast and now have to make more to complete the feast. It should not take 15 minutes after I ordered and paid for

It pains me to give this place a 1 star, however it is warranted after this visit and my previous one. Before that, I thought it was a 4 star Panda. I have eaten here over twenty times, but this may be my last one. I will start by explaining the one star review and then finish with other info. My daughter and I showed up for dinner at about 7:15pm. There was nobody in line. Over ¾s of all dishes were empty — even the eggrolls and crab rangoons. The female behind the counter asked me what I wanted, and I said I wanted to be able to look at the food before I choose. Without missing a beat, she asked, «Which dish would you like that we don’t have?» I replied that I couldn’t answer that question because I was going to make my selection based on seeing what looked good. She said, «do you want to order?» — not seeming to be too concerned with the situation. With a tinge of «friendliness»(I am giving her the benefit of the doubt) she reassured me that if I ordered something, she would personally deliver it to me as soon as it was ready. Perfect! So I waited… and waited… and waited… I noticed nobody seemed to be behind the counter working. I looked around and saw my new friend sitting at a table apparently interviewing someone for a job. Nice timing — dinner rush and they don’t have any food prepared, an empty promise, and she thinks it is appropriate to go interview someone. I hope she hired him, because they need help. Finally, I realized that she was never going to end the interview, and her memory of my order had long disappeared. I got up and and went and asked a cook about it. Ahhh, it was ready. It was stuffed in a tiny to go box and given to me as if nothing happened. By then we had been there 20 minutes, so I just took it to go as I wanted to get out of there. By the way, the previous trip was almost identical, but it involved my hero’s journey to try to get someone to refill the tea cannister at lunch time — I even faked choking at the beverage stand just to get their attention — they didn’t care(and I am a pretty good actor). I will leave it at that, except to say that I never got my tea that day. Ok, the good stuff and the reason I said I would have given it 4 stars if it weren’t for my 2 most recent visits… The location is convenient and there’s plenty of private parking. The restaurant is fairly clean for a Panda. Often Pandas look clean but have a stickiness to them from their sweet glazed entres that tend to get on the tables. Here’s a tip, don’t use a tray as you will get sticky fingers before you even get your order. Other than that, it appears pretty clean. The food is good, especially for fast mall style Chinese food. I always go for the Walnut Shrimp, but you do have to pay extra for it. I also get the Beijng Beef. I get these with rice, however you need to know their rice is very dry and nearly tasteless. You have to mix the sauce from your entre into the rice in order to enjoy it. You can also add soy, but it is a pain as you have to ask for it and then they give you one little packet(enough fro 3 grains of rice) and act as if you burdened them. Their tea is excellent — I love it and I am sure I will miss it if I never come back to this one based on this experience. Summary: there is a very good chance(I hope) that you won’t have an experience like I just had. It seems that it is a management issue and that they are trying to just prepare a minimum amount of food. This is a poor choice because Panda’s rely on the customer being able to see the pretty bowls of fresh food and select the items that look good. You can’t do that when they are all empty.

Too busy on their cell phones to help out. This almost became embarassing. Certainly unprofessional. Long wait due to our choices not available. Meanwhile we waited 15 minutes while they played on their smartphones. Lastly there was zero hygiene. Food-money-phone-money-no hand washing. Gross!

This location sucks!!! They NEVER have food ready, ALWAYS have to wait!!! You might as well go to a full service sit down Chinese restaurant. I walked in today 30 after they opened and EVERY pan was empty except chow mien. We will not return to this location.

Panda Express is very nice the staff are kind and the food is delicious I recommend these items SweetFire Chicken Honey Walnut Shrimp Orange Chicken My family and I go to this restaurant frequently when my father is meeting us for lunch. My sister, my friends, and I love the fact that they are always happy to give you a few samples if you can not decide what to choose. I love the Chow Mein it is very nice because it is soft and hot. I normally get a medium bowl with Chow Mein and SweetFire Chicken and I have my fill there and I take the rest home and have it another time. All in all I enjoy this restaurant immensely and enjoy when I come there. +

Not flexible. Why can’t I sub 2 small sides for 1 large side. For goodness sakes I am spending 30 bucks. Orange chicken is old. Typically a much better place. Need to change their family meal approach. The manager(owner?) told the girl to rinse off the plastic spoon on the floor an put it back out for the customers. I did frequent this place. It will be a LONG time before I try it again. Too bad… The manager seemed angry. She needs another job.

This Panda Express is a little hard to find since it is tucked into a corner near Prince Street and Santa Fe Drive just north of Downtown Littleton. But — if you want some Chinese food in a hurry it’s worth stopping for. Like all Panda Express Restaurants the food is cooked in small batches all day long, and then displayed in a case. You order cafeteria style. They will gladly give you a sample and answer questions. I almost always get 1 side and 2 entrees when I come here. The side can be veggies, rice(fried or steamed) or chow mein. I have tried them all and all are good. The quality of the entrees varies though. Some are fresher tasting and have good flavor, like the black pepper chicken or broccoli and beef. The Walnut Shrimp has a bit too much breading for me(and costs a $ 1 extra). Chicken and string beans is one of my favs. Once in a while I will also get a soup or egg roll/spring roll. Quality is good but a bit salty. The place is very clean and service is fast. They have some outdoors seating but you can hear traffic from Santa Fe Drive, and it always seems pretty hot out there in the summer.

Yep, I went to Panda Express. And to be honest, it wasn’t nearly as bad as I expected it to be. The prices are right, and the food was constantly being cooked fresh, in view of all the customers. I was in at a busy time, and there was a line, so I’m not sure if the food is always so «Cooked to Order» but the couple of times I’ve visited, it’s been the same. We added on the Crab and Cream Cheese Wontons for $ 1.50, and they were as good as that particular craving always is. No crab, though, not even Krab. It was more like a Chive Cream Cheese Wonton. But still good. Some of the entrees we’ve shared: Sweet and Sour Pork(With chunks of pineapple in it! Score!!) Walnut Shrimp, Orange Chicken, Chicken and Mushrooms, Beef and Broccoli. There were a few more but those were the ones that were good. I honestly thought this place would suck, thought it would be a greasy, fast-food nightmare, but I was proven wrong. For a quick lunch stop that won’t empty the wallet, Panda Express scores.
