Pizza Hut

Either the corporate offices or the store manager don’t care at all about this store. It’s filthy on the outside and in the dining room (and from what I could see the kitchen too).
I ordered online (2)2 for 10 $…well I guess you get what you pay for. I was feeding my family of four.
I went in early (from right across the street) as I have had issues with temperature and quality before and found myself waiting 15 minutes as in stared at my food on the warmer, while the employee on the phone battled it out over dipping sauce for wings (which none are inluded-​even mcdonalds gives dipping sauce with their nuggets!) with a customer. She got his name, address, phone number — with no sense of urgency– and even had to call the manager out to deal with the customer on the phone.
The manager came out, paying careful mind not to make any eye contact with me, handled the call and went back to the kitchen. He didn’t even try to help me, even though I had been standing there for 15 minutes. I waited an additional 5 minutes before I was helped, and sure enough… it was my food on the warmer behind her.
When it came time to settle the bill, my wings weren’t with my order. The employee asked me to pay and she would find what happened to my wings”. I told her I wanted my complete order. She said okay and I watches her walk around to the kitchen, pull my wings that were suspended on the basket holder, and toss the wings in sauce (not enough). She brought them up and handed me my food. I paid and left.
I called back, because –surprise– my food was lukewarm. When I got the manager, I asked for a refund, he agreed and I proceeded to tell him of my experience. He interrupted me part way and said that he refunded the money and then hung up on me. I called back 2 seconds later, got the manager on the phone again and told him I was going to file a complaint for hanging up on me. I asked for the corporate number, he gave me a local number that had been disconnected and when I called back again instead of someone answering the phone «thank you for calling pizza hut», I was met with silence, then the sound of the phone being set down and background noise. I called back again, same thing…
NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION! THE MANAGER COULD GIVE A CRAP ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AND IF YOU TRY AND COMPLAIN, HE’LL HANG UP ON YOU!
worst place ever! PS– I live 2 min away and my wife goes to the Pizza Hut Target 10 min. Away for her breadsticks!

I’ve been ordering pizza from the store for years and their service is usually spot on. Can’t say enough good things about this location.

I would suggest not going here its really not clean had to see her Cell and get the kids coloring pages and crayons from in the hostesses station. Then there’s only two people working there and it took almost an hour and a half just to get a pizza and some wings. When they brought out the wings they did not bring up late so nobody could actually eat there was no silverware and there were no condiments on the table. The poor lady that was working there was very sweet but it was not worth it at all and I felt terrible that she had to do all this by herself they are severely understaffed.

You never know what kind of pizza you are getting here. Always order the deep dish. Never enough ingredients. Pizza given to me warm at best. The pizza hut in Fairplay makes them good !! I asked the girl how she makes them so good, she said she follows the directions. Not sure what that means. I guess you have to work there to know what that means. Anyway. All pizza huts should make their pizza the way they do in Fairlplay Colorado. I have eaten there 20 times. Always great !! This pizza hut has no clue. does Pizza hut Corp Office ever read reviews? They better. And then get it together or Pizza hut will not survive.

Delivery. Quick for chain standards, 35 – 45 mins, drivers are professional. That is where the compliments stop. Pizza Hut standards have grossly declined over the last decade, what passes for acceptable is appalling. The pizza was undercooked the first time and second time it was overcooked. Always, even when paid for, extra toppings are scarce, even if you get a specialty pizza. Over priced, poor taste and poor quality food.

They serve beer here, on the D-​L. It’s not on the menu, but they have it if you ask for it. They even have decent beer, like Avalanche. And, if you are headed to that trampoline place across the parking lot which is full of children & frustration, you will need that pre-​bounce beer. Service here is, well, «quirky» but pleasant. I like that you can get lots of different sauces to dip your cheese sticks in!
