Pizza Hut

Ordered online early for a Super Bowl Party. They delivered the Pizza’s over an hour early, before the part had even started. When confronted both the driver and the manager blamed the computer. They said they couldn’t remake the order and basically that it wasn’t their fault and we should be happy we got our pizzas because they were so busy. This was the manager talking. Poor service at every level. They did give an $ 8 discount, but didn’t offset the food debacle. We’ll be serving cold, crappy pizza to our guests.

The worst pizza hut location I’ve ever been to. Multiple times I’ve gone, they’ve been out of ingredients for stuffed crust pizza, pepperonis, or wings. Always a super long wait, and on my most recent visit i got charged twice for no apparent reason. Every other pizza hut is great, but this one DESPERATELY needs new management or something.

I just received my delivery order and have to say the driver was extremely pleasant and cheerful. My order is 100% accurate and was delivered with a smile. Ive worked as a manager of some restaurants, even though my order was received a little later than expected i can’t complain because I’ve been in their shoes. Ive had those days/​nights of work that everything goes wrong, the only thing that made it better was the customers who saw we were struggling and not only understood but also showed compassion. Sometimes all we need is a little understanding and compassion, it can make someone’s bad day turn into a good day.

Last pizza I ordered wasn’t even warm and bread sticks had to have been 2 days old! Very unhappy, called to speak with management and was told they would call me back. Guess what? No callback! ! Never again will I order another pizza from pizza Hut period!

We are at Littleton hospital one block from the Pizza Hut I just recovered from giving birth all i want is a pizza after 12 hours of delivery. I didn’t know the address off of the top of my head so they couldn’t deliver to the nursery wing of the hospital. I called and talked to a manager and she wasn’t willing to take 2 mins to help. I never write reviews on this but if your not willing enough to help your customers out then I just won’t be one of your customers. Customer service really blows! Not worth a try even!

I haven’t really had any bad luck with the place. I tend to grab carry out on a weekday right before they close for a large group of friends that get together. They’ve always been friendly, speedy, and right on all of our orders.
Sure Pizza Hut as a brand doesn’t make the best pizzas in the world but really for 20 bucks I can feed a lot of hungry 10 somethings and at a rather late hour at night.
PS near closing time you need to pick up your pizzas at the drive thru… which the whole drive thru pizza pick up thing urks me. but oh well.

I can’t believe that I’m writing a review for Pizza Hut, but I feel I have an obligation to warn others. The American standard for pizza has been proven time and time again to be very low and only continues to get worse with our patronage of horrible pizza places like Pizza Hut, Domino’s, Papa Johns, etc.
I am old enough to remember when Pizza Hut used to make good pizza, but it has been over 10 years since that was the case. They used to make real panned pizza with caramelized cheese on the edges, a buttery crust and quality ingredients. Their current pizza isn’t even close to the way it used to be.
Anyway, I am writing this review because I had the unfortunate opportunity to eat their «pizza» twice in the past month due to their $ 10 — any pizza, any size deal. The first time we had it we ordered a large deep dish pie with four toppings including bacon. The pizza was pretty tasteless overall even though it was greasy and included the biggest joke for bacon that I have ever seen. It was literally chunks of completely white fat diced into small cubes all over our pizza. It was the most disgusting thing I have ever had on a pizza and the most disconcerting thing was that these pieces of fat didn’t even taste like bacon. I had hoped that this was the last time I would ever eat at Pizza Hut for the rest of my life but I was wrong.
The second time that I unfortunately ate at Pizza Hut was last week and confirmed to me that Pizza Hut absolutely without a doubt sucks and Americans could care less about quality food as long as the portions are large and they continue to get fatter. We knew better than to order «bacon» again and ordered another deep dish large pizza. We opened the box this time and their deep dish looked completely different from our last visit. This time the crust just looked like their normal cardboard tasting crust but on steroids. The pizza was more edible this time due to the fact that we didn’t have cubes of fat on it, but it was still the same poor quality «pizza».
Please do not repeat my mistakes and find a local place that actually tastes good. I have decided to make a lot more food at home due to the fact that I can make better tasting and quality food myself. Oh well.

Pizza Hut is not the best pizza around but I love their Pan-​Pizza crust.
I don’t like the Hand-​Tossed, it has a sweet aftertaste. So bad, it reduces my rating to 3 stars. Their Thin ‘N Crispy is OK, not great.
Wings are good. It’s a nice alternative to pizza. The calzones are called P’zones and they are fine and cheap.
Make sure to use coupons (or codes while ordering online) to get a good value for your money. Since it’s not the best pizza, better not spend much.
Very good service. Online ordering works perfect.
