Pizza Hut

Unfortunately, in today’s world, small time pizza joints, charge big time prices. Even though pizza dough is made from flour and yeast, and I can’t even guarantee the ingredients will be any good. Yet, this Pizza Hut is consistently on point, and I still love the smell of their Pan Pizza! I love the online options for creating a one-​of a kind pizza, with an assortment of toppings, crusts flavors, and sauces. It’s the only pizza hut I that I go too, and it’s worth trying something new, like their Sweet Chili sauce on their wings. Sure, I would love to support the Mom and Pop shops, but its just not something I can do reasonably well in the suburbs.

Was quoted a 55 min delivery time but I waited almost 2 whole hours for my pizza to be delivered last night (1hr 50 min to be exact) I called, asked if my pizza was lost or something. Assured me it was ready and would be here in 15 min… 25 minutes later it got here cold and dry. Looked like a day old frozen pizza. That was a wasted $ 25. The pizza is still sitting on the counter. No one ate it :/​
~~~~Just a tip pizza makers… if you don’t have the ability to deliver HOT FRESH pizzas in a timely manner, then maybe slow down on the production line so you’re not piled up with pizzas and no delivery drivers. Then there won’t be these type of complaints and negative comments~~~~ :)

They are your average Pizza Hut but their service is fast and who doesn’t like a warm pizza on a cold Colorado night? My favorite are the stuffed crust pizza with cheesy bread and the bone out wings. Because I live close by, I do the carry out.

2 hours for cold pizza and can’t get through to call and complain. Never pizza Hut again

Every time I come here its very good and the service is great. I got a medium pepperoni lovers and it had the right amount of pepperoni it was hot and the cheese was thoroughly melted. I’ll be backk lol

There’s this one short guy with black hair, gauges and eyeliner, he wouldn’t deliver me my
Food cuz the subtotal wasn’t enough to deliver but he was super hot! like he kinda looked like a lesbian but in the way you’re still pretty sure he has man parts.

Not many ingredients on the deep dish. Acting like they are running out of cheese. All we got was bread and Tomato sauce. Depressing. Started ordering from the West Bowles location. They are no better… I am giving up on Pizza Hut. They used to be the best. Best Crust, best Cheese, Best every thing. But. That was some time ago…

Just like most of the other reviews, I’ve grown up eating & loving Pizza Hut pizza. And just like the other reviews, when I received my order the pizza was cold & literally not cooked all the way. Anybody noticing a trend here – I mean seriously, how hard can it be to cook a pizza thoroughly? I won’t even get into the potential health code implications here but good lord! What needs to happen for Pizza Hut Corporate to get this place in order? As it stands, it appears that maybe they just don’t care. Disappointed.

I have ordered from this Pizza Hut before, but usually pick up on my way home… tonight we waited an hour and 14 minutes for a medium pizza and it is stone cold when it arrived… so disappointing.

I’ve ordered delivery from this piZza hut twice and both times it took over an hour to get my pizza and the food was cold. Avoid this location if at all possible unless you want cold pizza that takes forever.

Two of the last three times I’ve ordered from here they’ve gotten it wrong.
The first time I ordered a Pepperoni lovers stuffed crust with a 2 liter of Dr. Pepper. She came to the door with the pizza but didn’t have the Dr. Pepper. She went back to the car and brought the Dr. Pepper in. I then took the Pizza inside and opened it and it was a Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza. I got outside before she left and told her that she had gotten my order wrong. Went back inside to get the pizza for her and she’d driven off. Called the store and they said yes they gave you the wrong pizza and that she’d be back. 10 minutes later she shows up and says that she had it in the car but it was in the wrong box. Which is why I went out and stopped her but instead of checking she drove off. We swapped and went on with life.
The second, and my last time ordering from them, came just last Friday. About 10 till 7 I ordered the new three cheese stuff crust with pepperoni. Said it’d arrive around 7:35pm. About 10 till 8 the driver showed up. Brought the pizza inside and found out that it was a pizza with jalepenos instead of pepperoni. Got outside and the driver hadn’t left. Told him what the deal was and he asked if I just wanted to keep the jalepeno pizza. I said no.
About 8:50 I still hadn’t heard back from the driver. Called the store and the person said that my order had been returned and that they weren’t sending anything else out. I was furious. Talked to the manager and he said there was no excuse and that it’d be 35 — 40 minutes for my pizza to come back out. Asked if I wanted anything else and I said throw in an order of cheese breadsticks. Said he’d credit my account for the pizza. About 9:30 the driver came back out. Didn’t have the breadsticks. Out and out lied to me that the delay was caused by another driver getting their keys locked in their car instead of as the manager had told me that he’d cancelled my order. So almost 3 hours after I’ve ordered I get my pizza. I’m done dealing with these Who Haws.
I grew up eating Pizza Hut pizza. My dad worked for Pizza Hut when I was a kid and have always enjoyed the taste of their pizza over any other I’ve tried for 45 years. But this store is so poorly managed and make excuses for their horrible delivery that I can’t recommend ANYBODY order from here. There are too many pizza places around to be this poorly treated.

I refuse to give any stars and MAN am I livid. Decided to give these ASSCLOWNS one more chance. Two hours go by when I was told there would be a 30 to 45 minute delivery time. TWO HOURS. I call and was put on hold immediately for eight minutes so I call back. Immediate answer. Way to jack me on hold. The manager offers five bucks off. Fine. Not cool but fine. Driver shows up and of course won’t honor the discount. I call back and the manager was intensely rude, would only offer a credit for her discount and acted like a petulant child. NEVER AGAIN and I’m spreading the word like a viral funny cat video.
WHATEVER YOU DO, DON’T ORDER FROM THIS SO CALLED RESTAURANT.
