Quality Auto Sound

I have dealt with Car Toys several times and have never been happy. After looking at reviews for Car Toys and Quality Auto Sound I determined that all stereo shops seem to have bad reviews. Figured I had nothing to lose by choosing one bad shop over another. Ended up at Quality Auto Sound and could not have been happier. The salesman worked very hard to make sure the deck he was selling me (as a replacement for an older one in a boat) would work with my control units so I would not have to buy additional/​new control units and that the new deck would work as we want it to. The install guy did an exceptional job and was very careful to not only do any additional damage but to repair poorly wired stuff from the original install (that was done at CarToys). He also dialed in all of my amps and equalizer so it is set to my liking and I do not have to become some sort of boat sound expert. I could not be happier.

I’d suggest all car owner’s who go to this establishment take picture’s of your car’s interior and maybe exterior for that matter… Why you may ask? Because when I’ve gone to this establishment to get speakers/​equipment installed into my vehicle not 1, or 2, or 3, times but 4 times… I no longer will only reason why I did so many times after the first, was because it’s the closest one to my house… And each time I went, a part has become damaged and or scratched or missing such as my screw caps… Also the mechanics or installer guys must be lousy, because they left some of their own tools in my vehicle… Service is slow even when there is barely anybody in the establishment, and the guys are slightly bad at explaining the product in depth let’s say. They try to explain the deck/​front stereo when they install it for you, but if you barely know about audio I guess your better off researching it yourself because what they tell you, anybody with common sense would know how to do. If your gonna explain it to me, I personally would rather you give me some actual audio input such as frequencies and hi/​lows etc etc etc and how it necessarily works with the speakers themselves, I heard Best Buy offers a payment for this service so maybe they should incorporate that into their services-​just sayin… The guys aren’t bad guys, they just sorta idk are bad at doing there jobs excellent and in a happy fashion. They all seem sorta bland and just want to get a sale essentially, not really a sale but close to it, if you know what I mean… That’s all I have for now. To add on the speakers they sale are excellent and if you know how to install the stuff yourself I’d recommend it, otherwise they can keep this 1 star. (3÷7÷2016 — hahaha how do you know if my review is slanderous or not? Where is your evidence? Are you even legitimate? I see your comments on reviews all over other people’s reviews, but when I call into Quality Auto Sound nobody knows a Lui. E. To me your a ghost trying to redeem others mistakes for better business credibility… I’ve heard COUNTLESS claims by others as to how horrible this specific locations business is… I heard one claim two days ago of a aspiring employee walking into this establishment and the boss Jesse or Josh whatever his name is… AND HE Completely blew him off essentially and paid no interest towards the inquirer at all… Just shrugged his shoulders and told him to go apply online… This place deserves a F rating in the BBB records.)

Don’t Go Here Unless You Want Bad Service.
There is one salesman here who knows what he’s doing, but they definitely don’t pay him enough to put up with how management treats them. It’s really unprofessional for a Manger to yell at or scold employees in front of customers. Their manager Brian is really sloppy and unprofessional. My install was done with no effort and honestly I took my car elsewhere to have it fixed. They told me my car would be done by close, but I had to pick my car up and bring it back in another day. The people here are lazy and disrespectful and I don’t recommend this place if you want your install done right the first time.

Took my Mountaineer to CarToys and was disappointed with the customer service and response there. So decided to take to another store. Am glad I had Quality Auto Sound replace the factory stereo on my 1999 Mountaineer. All in all I was happy with the good customer service and no there wasn’t any pushing to buy expensive stereos.
