Oh my God! I never thought I would write a review about an auto repair place in the suburbs, but these guys are fantastic! The front end of my car was totally messed up, they gave me a great price, my car looks amazing! Plus they did it fast, and there’s an enterprise Rent-A-Car next-door that gave me a smoking deal. Ask for Dana!

ReconLinx aspires to a level of service that is impressive. I took my car to them for a look at some long standing, door scratches, a couple of which appeared to be down to the metal. They took a look and said, «We could paint it but I suspect we can get almost all the scratches out with a buff.» They kept the car for four hours and when I picked it up the scratches were 95% gone. But, the kicker is, they didn’t just buff out the scratched area – they buffed the entire car and it looks sensational. I recommend Recon without reservation.

They did a nice job on the vehicle (hail damage), but communication left a lot to be desired. The first week was wasted because they faxed a «Supplement» (addition to the estimate) to my insurance company, but they never bothered to make sure they had the right number. The insurance company never got it. In the meantime I assumed my vehicle was being fixed. No phone call from them — I had to call to find out status. After 15 days I finally received my car back, but the process was frustrating. Evidently they provide rental cars, but they did not make that clear up front. They were nice people but disorganized each time I called. I’d suggest insisting on daily updates at least until they start working on your car. I get the impression they haven’t been doing this too long.
