Rock Solid Custom Granite

Great customer service when you’re considering granite. They’re quick to get out quotes and answer any questions you may have. But be warned, once they get your money you’ll never hear from them again. They installed our granite and it’s clear one piece wasn’t cut properly (you can visually see that the cut isn’t straight). The installer did show that the pieces were a little shorts on the ends but that it would be covered by the backsplash. That’s fine with me, I didn’t expect it to be perfect. What I did expect though was that they’d point out the huge gap between the stone and the wall on one piece (up to ¾″ gap). That conveniently wasn’t mentioned and now I have a piece that I’ll forever look at the gap between it and the wall.
Though their service was great up front, I would get an email response within an hour, they unfortunately haven’t even acknowledged my communication that they messed that piece up. I didn’t expect a refund and doubt they’d replace it but a «I’m sorry we screwed up» would have went a long way instead of silence.

Every person we worked with at Rock Solid epitomized excellent customer service, quality, and professionalism. These guys answer emails promptly, always pick up the phone, provide excellent recommendations, and are completely flexible to your needs — not to mention their work is impeccable! From the guys that own the place to the guys that did our install, we were completely impressed. They even left a thank you note after the install was complete. So classy. If we have the opportunity to install more granite in the future, these guys will get the business hands down. Also worth noting — they have a remnant yard if you’re looking for small pieces of granite for a vanity or wet bar.

Obviously the gentleman thay has the misspellings was not a customer. We had the best experience from start to finish. Customer service was spot on. We couldn’t find a single flaw. The prices were great. Our vacation home never looked so good as it does now. Thank you guys for your professionalism.
