Our son is serving our country overseas and his home was trashed by roommates. Carpets had pet stains (solid and liquid) and they smelled horribly. Doug and Debbie did a great job cleaning the carpets, including changing the pads under the stairway landings, where the pets loved to go.
After the carpets dried for a few days, some of the stains wicked up through the carpet and Pro-​tek returned to clean those up. Here we are, over a month later and the carpets still look great. Saved the expense of a full replacement.
On top of it all, they gave our son a military discount. We highly recommend their services for the tough carpet jobs.

I have been using Rocky Mountain Pro –Tek for the past six years or so and they have always done an amazing job. The other day I was less than satisfied with my service. I called the next day and they came back within hours to fix the issue. I would highly recommend this company to clean your carpets. They are super reliable, easy to schedule appointments with, and completely trustworthy. A great company in my book. And they make your carpets look and smell great.
