The boyfriend and I really love this place. The fish is so fresh, the dine in special is amazing, and the customer service is perfect. Their nigiri is spectacular for $ 1. The 007 Roll, Pink Lady Roll, Manhattan rolls are our favorite with at least 20 pieces of nigiri every time! Come and you won’t be disappointed, we’re going back tonight!

Being from Colorado, it’s tough to get good fish, unless you count trout(gross). I’ve spent significant time in the Pacific Northwest(Seattle and Vancouver), so I’ve had some pretty darn good sushi. Sushi Basho has exceeded all my expectations. It’s not just a great sushi restaurant for Colorado, it’s a great sushi restaurant, period. I especially enjoy the fact that it’s an unpretentious little restaurant. Plus, the prices can’t be beat. No dropping over $ 100 for two people. The only drawback is the lack of beer selection. But, if I have to settle for Sapporo to get my Sushi fix, so be it.

Very good service. This is a small, quiet restaurant that I wanted to like more. The sushi rice was very good, but the fish was just so-so. The Saba was slightly mushy. Skip the Tempura Udon. The Udon soup was boring and the tempura was not crunchy, but a little doughy.

Gross, ordered take out, rice had a weird taste to it, they packaged warm and cold rolls together, just over all disappointed after paying $ 18 for three rolls. I have been going here on and off for years, but I think this will be my last.

Enjoyed our meal. Nice atmosphere with 15 or so tables. Service is always great and preparation time is always very reasonable. Tried seafood miso for first time. Large enough for meal. Sushi is very tasty. Great option for a quite evening. Bento boxes for kids as well.

I’ve been coming to Sushi Basho for several years, and never had a complaint about the food. If you’re on the more adventurous side of California rolls, this is the place for you. Sit at the bar, enjoy some sake and talk to the sushi chefs they will make great recommendations. The wait staff can be a little too eager at times but if you love sushi you won’t mind.

Really tasty gyoza! A great starter before going for the main dish. The miso soup was really good. California rolls were served fast and the presentation is nice. Of course it tasted good, may not be the best one I had but I can consider this as great. The service I got here is good and the place is simple, clean and has a nice air in it.

Nothing really special. Server was a little cold much like the restaurant itself. Sushi was pretty good. We had the mango, volcano, tempura calamari, and spicy yellowtail. Only one I probably would t order again was the volcano. It was a little lack luster. The best thing about this place is that it’s close to our house.

Sushi Basho is our ‘go-to’ sushi restaurant for years now. Amazing food and amazing service. Every single time.

Quick Lunch I was in a hurry so I stopped in to have a quick healthy lunch. I got one of their lunch combos that came with six pieces of sushi and four pieces shashimi I think. I was surprised that it also came with a salad and a small soup. The quality was excellent and they were very fast so I will certainly be back.

Really good creative rolls. Great neighborhood location without having to travel. We are always pleasantly surprised, and never disappointed by the chef’s specials. On the regular menu, try the wasabi roll, but again, always get a chef’s special.

Always great especially at lunch when you can get the sashimi and sushi combo for $ 10 with sou and salad. My healthy go to for lunch! Also, Unilocalers get an edamame free on checkin!

I love Sushi Basho for a lot of different reasons. It’s inexpensive, the food is great, the wait staff is always so friendly, and we never have to wait for a table. the parking lot is a little bit of a cluster at times but overall it’s not that big of an issue if you know how to drive. I am a huge fan of the green salad with the soy ginger dressing that they have. The salad is nothing fancy but I really prefer it that way so you can taste the dressing, sometimes the lettuce is a little wet and causes the dressing to come off as watery. My favorite sushi rolls are easily the King Roll, it has crab and mango and is just all around a special roll that everyone should try. I’m a huge fan of the spicy tuna, philadelphia roll, and the alaskan roll. If you get anything at Sushi Basho you must get the Alaskan Roll! It is amazing. All of the ingredients they use are fresh and you can truly taste a difference in the quality.

Okay… I wanted to give this place more stars. It’s decent size inside, clean, nice smelling, and the waitstaff are friendly. It’s 1230 in the afternoon just to set the background we were the only party present when we arrived. SUSHIISAMAZING, FRESH, ANDTASTY. My only complaint would be the watery ginger mustard salad dressing, and I like the rice in my rolls to be chilled. It was a little warmer than I cared for but still delicious never the less. White tuna was like butter. Unadilla in the black dragon roll and just by itself was incredible. Always nice to find someplace new!

Sushi Basho is situated right off of Santa Fe and Bowles Ave; a bit of a weird parking lot shared with Toast, which I also want to try out sometime. Ryan K. and I came here on a Wednesday evening around 5pm. We were greeted by several servers and got our order in quickly. Prompt and friendly service = great! We ordered some sashimi and sushi rolls. The sashimi was thickly cut and a bit frozen; not the freshest we’ve had, but it was still decent quality. The sushi rolls we ordered: Philly roll(I ALWAYS go for this at any sushi restaurant), spider roll, unagi roll, and spicy tuna roll. All status quo – nothing to write home about but not terrible either. Sushi Basho was a good place to visit, but not super stellar. At least their sushi satiated our sushi cravings though.

I am an avid Sushi Den goer, and have had sushi all of the U.S. I will pick Sushi Basho any day, for a more reasonably priced sushi meal, compared to the Sushi Den. I generally compare the salmon sashimi from place to place, to use as a measure of «freshness». Their salmon is right up there with the Sushi Den. I love their specialty rolls as well. I am a big fan of the Duke roll and the Coconut roll. I like to add jalapeño to the Coconut roll, to take away from the sweetness factor. It is generally not too busy here, which I am surprised by. It is very casual, and basic inside. I love downtown Littleton! What a great location. I highly recommend Sushi Basho, and I have been known as a «sushi snob».

Dee — friggin — Lish! I took a business associate here for a working lunch. The service here is some of the best in Colorado I have ever had the pleasure of being waited on. The freshness and choice of items are really superb. Lunch specials also. Place is small so set a reservation. There is a 4 person table right next to the aquarium you can request. During evening time I think it would be really cool to sit at that table.
