Taco Bell

I would rarely give a Taco Bell a five star rating — but I was giving an elderly lady whom has terminal cancer a ride to her doctor. I said, «Are you sure?» And she said yes @i love Taco Bell!” I ordered something small because it’s not my favorite. But my passenger in my car ordered 2 combos and other breakfast items. We pull up to the second window to pay. Marianna at the drive thru said my passengers food was FREE!!! I appreciated that act of kindness and slipped her a $ 20 bill anyway. You just don’t see that act of kindness anymore.

This Taco Bell seriously needs to higher their standards when hiring people. I was just here and including my order (which was three simple things,) 4 others were completely butchered. It’s honestly not hard at all to listen, press a button, read a screen, and deliver. I would be more understanding if it were busy, but it was far from it. When they called my order they said, «cheese quesadilla and taco,» I told them I ordered a chicken quesadilla, a soft taco supreme, and a side of sour cream and handed a woman my receipt. They then give me a chicken quesadilla, my sour cream, and a bean and beef nacho… I am still racking my brain. So then again I go up and say I asked for a soft taco supreme, to the manager, she apologizes and promptly goes to remedy the mistake (again) and comes back within a minute with a crunchy taco. I was so annoyed that I didn’t go back to get what I wanted, but come on, there’s a huge difference between crunchy and soft. Maybe that needs to be taught in training, seeing as not a single one of them had any common sense…

Too many times I’ve had meat on my vegetarian items. How hard could it be to understand the ingredients of a Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito? Non-​english speaking workers at drive thru make it more difficult to get my order correctly. I see a high turnover rate of employees here, but some regular workers are good with customer service.

Really nice customer service, but they always miss things on my order. They are really nice and apologetic for it though.

The night drive through lady is a monster. And now she’s workin mornings too. I’ve never been treated so rudely. Consistently. I now avoid this location like the plague

I know this is a Taco Bell but what the hell. In this record breaking heat and a broken car air conditioner I was dying for a drink. Taco Bell was the closest I had so a Limeade Sparkler it was — not the healthiest thing in world but refreshing and citrus heavy it was. Perfect for a steaming hot day.
