I live in new york my sister and brother inlaw live in littleton and love tammy’s place. Last summer i had the pleasure of eating at this resturant. I recently came back and things are just as good. The food is awesome and the prices are great for the huge plates of food you get. I have only met tammy once and her husband but they are very nice and are doing a great job with there resturant. As far as the staff the waitresses do a great job and are very friendly. One of the girls her name is morgan she is incredibly sweet she has a great sense of humor and she is very good at her job. I recommend paying her a decent tip because she deserves it. I would love for new items to be on the menu from time to time but overall this is a really nice place.

Tammy’s has become one of our«go to» places for dinner while at Lake Gaston. It is very laid back, clean, good service, good food & reasonable pricing. My husband likes the prime rib. I really like the fried shrimp or fried chicken.

Food and service is great! Small comfortable place with southern love. Prices are great and the helping sizes are very good, definitely will be coming back in the future!

Good lunch at Tammy’s. I had a Steak & Cheese and my wife had a Reuben. Both were really good. Tammy is still the cook and her Daughter is the wait/help staff. I love real family run restaurants. The place is very clean and the people are super nice!

We tried Tammy’s for breakfast when they first opened and we were not impressed, however, we wanted to give it one more try to be fair. We had four people in our party. We were greeted right away but we did not get our coffees or have our order taken for 20 minutes. Was it busy? No. There were a total of 6 tables seated, mostly parties of two. We waited over 30 minutes to get our food after our order was taken and when it came out, it was two plates at a time since the waitress did not use a tray. What? Come on, you have to use a tray to carry more than two plates or two drinks at a time. By the time the second two plates came out, the first two people were almost done eating. The food was prepared as ordered and tasted good but mine was cold. So cold, that even though I buttered my toast immediately, the butter never melted. Breakfast is the easiest meal to prepare and get right and they can’t get it right when they are well below capacity, I can’t even imagine how bad it would be if they were busy. We won’t be going back.

Good Food, Good Price. Definitely worth the drive. Was headed to Casa Mia’s, had heard about Tammy’s and decided to try it. Ate on a Monday night, so can’t judge how busy it is on other nights, but was pretty slow. Atmosphere isn’t. Wide open, basic, industrial cafeteria look. Had the Fried Chicken, which the waitress gave rave reviews. Wife had the country fried steak. Chicken was excellent, worth the trip, 8 or 9 out of 10. Came with mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans. Mashed potatoes are lumpy, and I suppose this is on purpose, but I’d give them a 5 out of 10, just OK. Beans were good 7 out of 10. Country Fried Steak was covered with brown gravy and mushrooms. I mean, my wife and I are pretty sophisticated, but where’s the white grist mill gravy that’s supposed to be on there? They told me that they sell all their food in large(bulK) quantities, which would be perfect to get on a busy lake weekend. I’ll definitely be buying a bucket of chicken, slaw and mac and cheese for busy days to feed a crowd. Good alternative to Casa Mia Pizza(very good). This is a welcome addition to Littleton. I hope they get busier and thrive. I’ll be back many times. So, it’s still pretty new and at the risk of being a snob, I’ll offer my insights: 1) Cook, don’t sit in the dining room and read newspaper on slow nights 2) Get name brand high quality condiments, I mean Monarch Ketchup that has been refilled from a large bottle doesn’t say yum. Try Heinz, Hunts or Red Gold. Same for the Whipped Cream… Land O’ Lakes or RediWhip are great… your’s is not. 3) You’ve got good food, but nobody knows it, you have to spend some marketing $ to let people know you are there. Cater to the weekend lake crowd and feature phone in/pickup ordering. Lots of renters come up, put a package in their hands. Bottom line: Go and enjoy!

Solid, basic breakfast food. The restaurant is shiny and new. They have resisted the urge to fill the entire space with tables so, you don’t feel like you are«on top of» fellow diners. Basic breakfast food, nothing fancy. Our server was attentive but a bit inexperienced. I think we’ll give them another try.

Great new food place for LKG and surrounding area… they just opened on 11/27…we had lunch and it was very good… the Reuben was excellent… good variety to choose from… they are open from 6AM until 10PM… they serve a full breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. They are really trying hard to please every taste. The LKG area has really needed a place you could go have a great breakfast… and this is it !!! Tammy and Ken are great hosts !!!
