Totally disappointed. Left a blind to be repaired, (restrung), and almost one month later, I went to get it, not only was it not done, they did not have the right string to do it, I was told they had ordered string twice and send a tan color and purple color. (The blind is maroon). When I asked what the remedy was, the repair person said he did not know since he was very frustrated. He was frustrated??? What about the customer? Also, he told me my blind was dropped, and two end pieces were broken… they did fix that item.

From start to finish, The Blind Spot is by far one of the most professional business we have had the privledge to work with. From the moment our call was answered, they gave us every answer to our questions. We had somewhat difficult skylights in our front room which during the afternoon made our front room a sauna. With their Hunter Douglas skylight window shades, our front room is now a place of pleasure and relaxation during the day. The quality of installation was perfect. These people know how to employee the right types of individuals. Our installer was in and out within an hour. The Hunter Douglas line has great choices of colors and textures for all your decorating needs. I will never shop for window coverings anywhere else but at The Blind Spot.

Lennie was great. We got blinds replaced. Other blinds repaired. And others cleaned. They do it all and they do it all well.

Lennie and Tanya provide the greatest customer service and advice when it comes to picking out window coverings. I used The Blind Spot several years ago when I purchased my home and Lennie helped me choose a variety of products from plantation shutters to energy efficient shades.
I recently had Lennie out to my office to replace outdated mini blinds. I just can’t say enough about his patience and knowledge.
I highly recommend The Blind Spot.
