I went there for a tan having recently bought a package. The girl behind the desk was very rude and told me I had no tans left. As a good client, I thought I deserved some further inspection of the situation but was turned away, which left me no alternative but to go home and check my credit card statement. Sure enough, I had a recent purchase to this salon that they forgot (on purpose?) to put in the computer. Be careful of being scammed out of tanning sessions. And don’t take the greater than thou attitude of the women that work there who for some reason thing they are superstars just because they work at the salon. I got the owners email address and he sent me back a very rude email and told me that I was taken out of his database. Hey … what about the package I just bought!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! So tanning is not something I do every day, but every time I visit I get great service. The young ladies at the front desk are always energetic and kind (even to an older lady ;) such as myself) The rooms are squeaky clean, even when they are swamped at busy times. Ok, the cushions at HR could use some replacement, but just showing their age. I have recommended Palms to a ton of my clients who hate «At The B@$ch». Great at what they do!

Love this place. I get a great tan here, the bulbs are definitely kept up. I have checked prices elsewhere and for someone like me who just wants to buy number of tans and not «packages», this place is the best. The décor is great and I love the way it is so beach centric.

Huge selection of tanning beds, which always looks clean and sterile. Décor is gorgeous and relaxing! The majority of the time, the staff is helpful and friendly, however I’ve had a couple of experiences with them that put me off a little. Other than that, everything is fantastic! I especially love the 50% off for highschoolers.

To give a one star review would be tempting… but the only reason they get two stars is because of their top notch beds and the cleanliness. It’s a pretty comfortable place to tan, but the girls who work there are straight up rude, and couldn’t give a s*** about their jobs.
Every time I’ve gone in there I’ve been treated with disrespect, and by every time I mean the whopping three occasions that I visited The Palms because I was so put off by the way I was treated.
The first time I went in, I was actually treated pretty well by an older blond girl, I knew nothing about tanning and she had a lot of knowledge about the beds and what kind of tan they would give me. Burn rays vs bronzing rays, all that baloney. I got some unsightly lines on my back from the bulbs, so the second time I went in, a few days later with some research and a stand up bed in mind, I went back in and requested the stand up bed…
They didn’t have it and I was advised to go to the DTC location. So I drove all the way to the DTC location. And lo and behold… they didn’t have it either. I kindly asked the girls who were working there where I could find it at the HR location. Drive back to Town Center where they claim it to be, perhaps the girl at the desk last time was wrong. Nope. Back to DTC. Where they FINALLY admitted they did not even know where to find that bed.
Did they call anyone? No. Did they offer a better suggestion? No.
I contacted the owner via email, and after a week (yeah, a week) he got back to me to let me know where to find that particular bed. Castle Rock! Nice! Very convenient for us HR residents. He also had nothing to say for the b****** at the desk.
After writing this review I have finally decided to give The Palms one star because their customer service is truly god awful, it’s like walking into high school again. That’s how catty and rude the employees are. Pathetic.
The employees being more helpful is what I would have liked in the first place. But if they can’t do their jobs, then how am I supposed to do my own research if the information about where to find what beds isn’t even on their website?

I love this place! It’s clean, relaxing environment, I’ve rarely had to wait for a bed, and their equipment is top notch. A couple of the girls who work there give off the vibe that they have better places to be which is why I didn’t give The Palms a 5^th star but this isn’t going to keep me away!

Best Tanning Salon in Colorado! Clean, friendly and most of all the most relaxing place to get away!
