I don’t usually review banks because the service is less than stellar. You call the 800 number, you hold for 20 minutes just so they can transfer you to your home branch. I’ve lived in California for 7 years, my home branch is still the west belleview branch and in this case, I’m happy it is!
I called with an issue that I had spoken to somebody else about and they were not very helpful. This time I spoke to the manager, Mike, he listened to my issue,
Did some research, answered my questions, and solved my problem all in less time than I had spent holding trying to get through to a banker on the 800 number.
