Victoria’s Secret Store

This place is never busy but there’s always a line t the register and no other associates want to come help at the register. I’ve been here on 4 separate occasions and it’s always the same experience.. it’s a smaller v.s. too with a limited selection. The staff is generally super helpful on the sales floor.

This Victoria Secret is smaller and Southwest plaza is older but I recently went in here looking for a t-​shirt bra and was helped promptly. Since the store is smaller they didn’t have my size or any swim wear but the girl who helped me was super nice and this review is based mostly on her. She was very helpful and even called a bigger store to check their inventory.
Hopefully when they remodel it will have more selection and be a great store.

There’s only one word to describe this store — AWFUL. I was at Southwest Plaza (mistake 1) looking for something to wear on New Year’s Eve (mistake 2, I guess) and I needed a new bra to go under the shirts I found. I don’t normally shop at VS because they’re overpriced, but I didn’t have much time so I took a chance. Bad plan. Even though there were at least 10 employees working, not one of them asked me if I needed help, which I did. I found several bras and tried to catch someone’s eye to get a fitting room (because of course no one was monitoring them) with no luck. In fact, several employees deliberately turned away when I looked at them. I eventually just went in one that was full of other people’s merchandise. Nothing fit, but I knew I wouldn’t get a response if I tried to get another size, so I ended up just leaving and going to the Belmar store, which is about to get a 5 star review.
TL;DR — If you expect any kind of service, don’t bother with this store.
