The place was a bit barren when I walked in and I was a bit apprehensive but ordering was super easy. I ordered a root beer float and it was pretty okay. I didn’t wait too long to get my burger (double bacon cheeseburger) and onion rings. The order of onion rings was actually pretty small for the price I paid, kinda wanted more. The burger however, was delicious! It didn’t take too long and it was most definitely satisfying! I’m definitely stopping by again!

Mushroom swiss burger was tasty. Called in an order of 7 burgers/​6 shakes and it was waiting for me 15 minutes later. All orders were accurate. Shakes are made with Crystal ice cream and are really good. Place is clean but a little old. Good little burger joint for a quick stop in although my kids have mentioned that service/​food prep can get slow during busy times.

A decent burger, which for Live Oak is pretty good. The fries are not bad either. Their shakes, however, rock! It is nice to see a real hand made shake and it is worth a visit just for a shake. They take phone in orders and are very fast getting the food ready. Me wanting any food from Live Oak is rare but I have requested Mona’s more than once. The fact they take special orders and get them right gets big points in my book. In fact after writing this review I want a burger, shake and fries.

Wow i cant believe this place right now. I called to place an order at 12:20 was told 15 minutes for my grilled cheese sandwich, tots& soda. I also asked how much was my total and was told $ 4.87 as i walked in to pick up my order i was told my total was $ 5.88 i said no i was just told on the phone $ 4.87 and the girl at the register just shrugged her shoulders so then i said ok and can i add a ranch for $.35, totally ok but then before shes even done giving me my soda shes already calling another customer up and when i asked for my ranch she gave me a look like i hadn’t just paid for it and was a total inconvenience. This girl should not be working up front alone, she clearly cant handle her job. Totally unsatisfied with that horrible customer service!

My co-​workers and I have gone here for lunch several times. I mean lets face it not many choices in Live Oak. Today was the WORST experience we have had. The burgers were cold, as well as the fries, and the service was HORRIBLE!!! One of my co-​workers got a chocolate milk shake and it was not even mixed up. Not sure we will be back their any time soon… which is a bummer because they were great when they first opened. I can honestly say that they have gone down hill. which makes us sad.

I love this place. They make it as fast as they can and the burgers and fries and milk shakes here are amazing. I hope they extend their hours so that they get more and more customers during the night when people have munchies.

Definitely the best burger «Super Western Bacon Burger” — x– crispy Bacon! It might not be the cleanest restaurant but the food is Hot & Fresh and they get their product from Cisco & and that’s not to bad of a distributor! They have the best fries, my daughter loves them! Great service, might take a bit but worth the wait. I defiantly would recommend Mona’s to a friend!

Ok, so this place is definitely a shit hole, but it could be because I went in right before closing, BUT I have to say, service is awesome and so are their burgers. I got the super mushroom swiss and it was sooooooo Good and it came with a huge order of fries that I couldn’t finish. The fries they give you is awesome too… I’m definitely coming back!

A group of 10 of is ordered a mix of burgers and chicken sandwiches and were pleasantly surprised. Mona was unbelievable, she was willing to accommodate any request, and made the large order quickly, on Super Bowl Sunday.
The food was better than in n out. Chicken was juicy, not too much mayonnaise, while the burgers were cooked perfectly.
I recommend this place to anyone.
