Total rip off business. Called them out because refrigerator was not cooling and after a very brief look over the tech tells me that I need a new unit. He then offers to take away my unit and waive the service call fee. Called Mitchell Appliance repair and he comes out and adds a small amount of freon to my unit and it hasn’t given me a problem now for two years! These guys just wanted to take my unit, turn around and make a few hundred on it and have me purchase another for $ 800. I always believed in giving my business to the local businesses, but when they want to rip you off I will take my business elsewhere. Shame, because word of mouth can be a bitch.
