Great food, great family owned restaurant. We chose this place because we were passing through Live Oak and wanted something better than what was by the interstate. Boy was it worth the extra 5 minutes off I-​10. Nicest people who own it, my son is a 14 year old bottomless pit, and the cook brought him a couple extra ribs. Make sure to ask for the «something fried» dessert, a homemade concoction the owner came up with. Outstanding.

Today on the buffet there was fried chicken, pork chops, pot roast, chicken pot pie, meatloaf, greens, salad, mashed potatoes, mac n cheese, butter beans, green beans, corn bread, potato salad and more!!! And 3 desserts to pick from! All good!
