Menard is a solid, hard working, customer oriented proprietor. If you want big and flashy store with huge sales force, go to Best Buy. If you want customer service and excellence, call Menard at 3M.

I took my brand-​new Malibu wakesetter boat to another stereo shop down the street first. They hacked up the amp installation.
I wish I did my research first and came to 3M the first time.

I recently had one of my HID headlights go out on my 07′ GMC Sierra. I was referred to 3M Audio Custom by Scotty from RockStar Audio. I called Menard on the phone and he scheduled me an appointment immediately. Once there, he was able to recommend the right parts as well as assist me with information on a new stereo deck.
In all, I had my HID lights completely revamped and had a new double din deck installed with steering wheel and blue tooth modulars. Menard did an amazing job! Professional. Fair. Friendly and takes care of his customers. Go see Menard for any audio/​electronic needs. I will definitely be back.

After I had posted my review a few weeks ago, Menard had contacted me, refunded my money, and apologized for not delivering my airlift suspension on a timely manner. He took the initiative to make things right. Though this sure was a hassle, it was finally resolved and laid to rest.

This guy menard matias is very talented and knowledgeable when it comes to car audio and electronics! He has ways to make things work like you wont even imagine! Very nice cool stand up guy but i winder why he is single! Hmmm lol!

I wanted to get a double din deck installed in my car and I decided to go with 3M because I heard great things about this shop. Bernard recommended the stereo that I wanted which is the Pioneer NEX-​4000 and I’m happy he did. I’m really enjoying this stereo. He did a great and clean job installing my deck and he already had everything programmed so I don’t have to sit there for an hour messing with the settings for the first time. When I retrieve my car back, I all I had to do was hop in, plug in my phone and drive. I would recommend a friend to get their stereo done here.

Wow! These guys are great! I had an old alarm that would hardly work. Menard recommended that I replace the outdated alarm instead of fixing it. That’s what I did. He replaced it with a new alarm with Remote Start. While I was there I decided to get some tinting done. Awesome, killed two birds with one stone. There front office has a bunch of car audio trophies and I can see why. My rats nets wiring was cleaned up and now done professionally. I plan on coming back to have my other cars audio system upgraded. Thanks guys!

Took my truck in to find out how much it would be to replace the DVD player and the front center speaker. Was quoted a price of about $ 350 — $ 150 for speaker and $ 200 for the DVD player. He said the speaker was pricey because it’s a lot of work to get the whole front console off. Went to pick up truck after work was done and was told price was now $ 500. I asked why and was told original price didn’t include labor. Confusing to me as that was the explanation as to why the speaker was $ 150, because it was mostly labor. Also we were told that even though our new DVD player was brand new, for some reason it didn’t come with a box. Hmmm. Seems pretty shady to me. I won’t be returning.

Just left 3M audio. Let me just say the attention to detail Menard has for his work is second to none. What I had done was a «simple» speaker swap. Or so I thought it would be. It appears my Hertz HSk speakers were on the bigger size. This was not an issue as Menard simply created the space by cutting out a wider hole. If that wasn’t enough he custom fitted my tweeter in such a way that one would only think it was stock. The work did take longer than expected. Menard stuck close to his original quote which I very much respected. Few auto shops will actually do that. I plan on a second visit as he has all the equipment to properly tune my system. Glad to find quality work close to home. Thanks Menard.

What a deal with professional installation. They definitely know what they are doing. I had the AVH-​X2600BT phoenix gold 6 ½ component and 6 ½ coaxil with 4 channel phoenix gold amp and cedars link cables installed and love it! Highly recommend and worth checking out. Look for menard who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will come back again.
