I started noticing an issue with our toilets and showers backing up on the Thursday evening before Easter. I called several places on Friday but none could come out the same day or over the holiday weekend. I got a hold of Tim at Acorn and, though he couldn’t come Friday, he said he could be out Saturday evening. Tim really came through for us! He called to let us know he was coming and did a great job even though getting to our tank was a little challenging. He charged a reasonable rate and spent some time giving us some advice. Would highly recommend Acorn.

Spoke with the head guy, Tim. He wanted to charge $ 275 just to come out and look at my septic. A1 Septic and Williams Plumbing charged nothing.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This contractor led me on for over a year ultimately to screw me over and delay my house move in by 6 months. I had to call him from different phone numbers each time I needed to get a hold of him as he would dodge my calls, and often has a full voice mail box so you can’t leave him messages.
He refuses to meet on site, gives endless excuses, doesn’t work well with others, passes blame, the list goes on and on. In the end I had to flat out ask if he actually wanted the job or not; the first work out of his mouth was, «well, um…»
