The doctor did not help whatsoever, I just payed a lot of money for literally nothing! Huge rip off and highly suggest anyone to find a different place to go to.

We arrived for our appointment 20 min ahead. Registered and had to wait another 30 min past our appointment time. Receptionist didn’t even acknowledge such inconvenience and no apology was issued just out of common courtesy. It was hard to converse with doctor, because he wasn’t really«listening» to our questions. He probably is a very knowledgeable man, but in our case we left with questions unanswered and still not knowing what to do with medical condition. We wont come back

I had 3 appointments at this place. I was sent by my primary doctor after she had been monitering my rapid heartbeat. The initial appointment i waited for an hour and 15 minutes until I was seen. After about 20 minutes of a doctor with a thick French accent grumbling over papers, he said I seemed fine, and ordered an Echocardiogram for me. ECG: Waited 15 minutes after my scheduled time when I told the front desk that I was using my lunch at work for this appointment. The doctor who did my ECG was professional but unfriendly. It took about 30 minutes to perform. Nothing about the process was explained to me. My third visit was for getting the results of my ECG. I came in early because I thought my appointment was at 1:30. The front desk told me it was at 1:45 which was fine because I was hungry so I grabbed a sandwich and when I came back I was still early. I waited for the doctor for 45 minutes and in the process found out that his 1:30 hadn’t shown up, and saw a friend of his come in just to say hi and the front desk sent them right back. Excuse me? It took the doctor a total of 3 minutes to tell me I was fine. So basically: be prepared to ask uour own questions: they will not be upfront with information; be prepared to wait anywhere from 15 munutes to an hour and a half; be prepared to deal with somewhat friendly but highly unprofessional people. I will not ever go back here again. If you’re someone who really has serious cardiovascular problems, choose a different office.
