I wish I could rate them 0 stars. This place is insane. 1 month+ to get appointments, the doctors don’t listen to you. They try to throw anti depressants at you for almost anything you go in there for. I left my doctor a message on Monday, I never heard back. It is now Friday and I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes to see if my question has been answered. I wish I had more options for health care. As terrible as this place is, I might just start going to the ER every time I get a cold. I’m going to file a complaint with every possible organization that I can. Avoid this place like the plague.

Doctors great the only downside is the wait. I waited for an hour to be seen by a doctor.

My mother was a patient here for a very long time. Customer service and getting in for an appt has always been poor. She had Medicare and Medi-Cal so doctors were limited that’s why we stayed. But now I’m so glad that John Muir took over a clinic in Livermore and they take her insurance! So damn glad we left that horrible place!

This has to be the worst place ONEARTH to go. These doctors hire anybody to work in their offices no matter how incompetent they are, and I’m sure it’s because they don’t have to pay them much. You truly get what you pay for. They suck.

I have never liked the medical clinics up until now. Doctor«C» is the best doctor. You always want a doctor who will really listen and care she is exactly that. The staff is nice. The ladies on the phone are very sweet everytime I call. The office itself is dated and really needs to be remodeled .But if this is where Doctor C is I will overlook the dated office. We were seeing another doctor or nurse practitioner in the Pleasanton with Axis. This person made us feel rushed and let us know we took to much of her time. My child was at the office for the first time with a history of cancer, we needed to tell her about this. So since then Dr. C has been our Doctor my daughter Loves her too.

I don’t have health insurance so I figured Axis would be a great place to help. I arrive there and there are 3 counters with a woman behind each, one was on the phone, and the other 2 were with patients. The woman on the phone when she ended her conversation, kept calling more people without even acknowledging me! I was pretty annoyed by that, because its like I was standing right there ask me if I need help and then carry on with your calls. When I finally got to see one of the receptionists(?) they didn’t even mention that there is an income cap to be eligible. So I took a $ 20 pregnancy test and then found out I make too much money for any services at Axis. If they would make it a standard to ask this type of question at the very beginning I could have saved myself an HOUR of waiting! AND $ 20 for something I already knew to be true. No to mention, the all the info I filled out on the new patient sheet was asked to me again by a nurse, and all the while I’m thinking, just read the sheet I submitted an HOUR ago and if they would have actually looked at the sheet I took the time out to fill it would have saved me a lot of time. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience for me. I’m sure that if you have zero income its great. But if you make any money don’t waste your time.
