I’ve passed this place quite a while when going to get pizza in the same shopping center. Parking is mostly away from the building because of the drive-thru. When I entered, I was mostly ignored. Within a couple of minutes, a woman at the drive-thru window turned to me, and said something to the young man next to her. He greeted me and took my order, a beer-battered fish sandwich combo. I was distracted and thought about fish being hit with full beer bottles. I bet the fish was softer after the treatment. Why don’t they do that for steaks to tenderize them? In any case, he gave me a number, a cup, and a receipt. I found the soda fountain to have the Fuze iced tea that I normally get since they don’t have Mountain Dew. There were many seats available and I took a booth, so that I could get out the computer and work on photos before I arrived home. It wasn’t too long until the same young man brought my food to the table. He was again friendly and asked if I needed anything else. The food was more sufficient than succulent, and not particularly hot.

Make sure you check your food before you leave the drive thru! I came in around 10 pm & my food was old & cold. My French fries looked & tasted like they were re-dipped into the oil to make them warm. I ended up throwing my food away. Was too lazy to go back & complain. Very disappointed.

The drive thru likes to close 2 hours early I just wanted a burger after a long shift at work. But no all the lights are off by 10:30.

The girl working the counter tonight told us we were the last people she was letting in, despite the fact they were supposed to be open for some time further, because it was too cold to keep opening the front door. She said she didn’t care if she got fired over it.(Not quite sure why she volunteered this info to us.) We should have took this as our cue to walk out. The food was un-cared-about, unsupervised, under cooked and disgusting. This is the the profile of absentee ownership. This is what happens when kids run the business with no adult supervision. They should change the name of this restaurant to «Lord of the Flies». Ps: we did see someone else trying yo get in but they couldn’t because the girl working the counter had locked the front doors. Nice way to do business guys.

I love their biscuits and their eggs because they are fresh and do not taste like ‘fast food’ Today I was only disappointed because I ordered the mile high bacon egg and cheese biscuit… It only had three small pieces of bacon on it, so basically I just had the regular sandwich but paid for more bacon. It was still so delicious.

Benito the manager and his staff are super friendly and always greet my family and I with a smile when we come here. Service here is excellent so I don’t understand the other reviews. The food is always on time, the premises clean and staff is friendly and nice. My favorite place to stop even its just for one of their chocolate malts.

Drive thru seemed slow. but was thinking its better food.when. after paying and getting to the park to play with the kids and eat our snack. one plain burger missing. needless to say one sad kid. Called the store .we were told to come back and get the one burger though they insisted it was in the bag. really for 2.50 I wouldn’t waste my time calling to tell you. So. check your bag before leaving the window for sure.

This place is a total miss as far as quality goes. I ordered and paid nearly 10 $ for the 6 $ version of the Western Bacon BBQ burger meal. The picture looked SOGOOD! But what I actually got was a compressed, dry, wanna-be of the delicious 6 $ burger I desired… I wish I had gone to Nations… They only put half a teaspoon of sauce on the burger… Incredibly dry… Oh yeah and my boyfriends green burrito items had chicken that was DISGUSTINGINQUALITY. I live near this place and I will never return.

Disgusting. Poor customer service. Employees hardly speak english. Green burrito food quality is so low it makes me want to puke. One time I ordered 2 ice cream sandwiches and it took 10 minutes for them to get them out of the cooler. Careless low paid employees are running this place into the ground. I hope it closes and a respectable fast food restaurant takes it’s place.

Food can range from really good to blah. Alot of the time they forget something in my order and we have to remind them, last night we forgot to check out back at the drive thru only to get home to discover my son’s burger was missing, I gave him mine. We live on the other side of town and decided it was too much of a hassle to drive back.

Booooooo! The food is hit and miss. For example, one day I will get a burger from there and it will be done as perfect as A burger that you can get from Carls(which would normally only get a three and a half star rating at tops). The problem here is, the following visit the food usually comes cold likes it been sitting there or just not cooked all the way. That’s how they mess up my Green Burrito taquitos all the time. Also, the employees don’t seem to show any pride it the perpetration of there meals. I ordered a vanilla malt two visits in a row and the consistency was like that of milk. Order extra thick if you go there and you will get a normal shake. And for the reason I wrote this today is that there hand breaded chicken«strips» where actually the size of nuggets. So, for 3.99 I got a three piece nugget instead.

When my family and I go for Carls Jr, we always drive to this location rather than going to the Vasco one which is much closer to us. The manager, Benito, is always nice and service here is always friendly when we come. My son likes the newer 6 dollar burgers with the handmade buns and I like the fish tacos. We also like the way the dining area is set up at this location and how large it is versus the other Livermore locations.

Ate here on Monday 2÷10÷14 not only was the food awful but they overcharged me — my bill came out to $ 17.96 and they charged my credit card $ 20 — watch out that they don’t scam you too! My son also threw up all night from food poisoning from eating there as well.

While watching TV late last night, I became enticed with the new Carl’s Jr. commercial which was promoting their lean but mean Jalapeño Turkey Burger. It looked great! So, I got into my car drove to my local Carl’s Jr. and ordered myself one. My Jalapeño Turkey Burger was awesome. I loved that the patty was made of lean turkey meat and the bun was made of wheat bread. I could have asked the cook to hold the cheese and mayonnaise if I wanted an even healthier meal. I have to say this is the cleanest Carl’s Jr. I have ever seen. The staff was overly friendly and helpful. To say the very least, I was pleased with the spicy, filling, fresh burger. I’m sure I will be back very soon.

We get our breakfast here a couple of times a week since Burger King down the street closed. The place is nice and clean, but the breakfast menu prices are very exorbitant compared to Burger King. Also, nobody is checking the regular coffee thermos as it always runs out of coffee in 9 of 10 instances that we were there. It’s ridiculous that they only brew coffee when somebody orders breakfast. Then you have to wait for at least 15 minutes for the coffee to be ready and by the time it’s done, your also done with your food. Coffee should be readily available so customers do not have to wait. The manager or supervisor should instruct their employees to check the coffee thermos every now and then. Better still, they should have a spare coffee thermos ready to be served when the other one goes empty.

Food was good. Their criss cut fries we’re awesome as usual. But what prompted this review… Setting: sitting at table waiting for food. On my iPhone checking for wifi, I see there is a «Carls Jr» wifi, but it’s locked and needs a password. Then employee kid comes to bring my food… Kid: here is your order. Me: thank you. Oh, and do you know the wifi password? Kid: no, I get asked that everyday. Wow. Rude! If you get asked everyday, perhaps you should ask your manager what the password is and if customers can use it. Then when you get asked everyday, you can actually have an answer for them.

I *really* try to avoid reviewing fast food spots unless it’s amazingly awesome or consistently horrible… Unfortunately, this location has let me down a few too many times. Carls Jr. as a chain isn’t that bad, in the spectrum of greasy fast food burgers… and even this location doesn’t screw up the food items very often. It’s the hand scooped milkshakes that they have a hard time with, time and time again… I’ve ordered a milkshake at this particular location about twice a month for the past few months. Every.single.time it has been off. A couple times they have been totally inedible and gross… It’s not like they’re throwing random garbage in there, but they clearly do not train their employees on how to properly work the freaking machine. I do not know what exactly is so tricky about making a milkshake. Especially a milkshake that is pictured in mega-sized posters every 5 feet on your very own building… I would imagine that something like a mixed beverage should be fairly simple to pump out with similar taste, color and consistency given some basic training… But that isn’t how this location rolls. When they were running the mint shake as a featured flavor, I was handed a vanilla shake with a couple green globs of what I assume is the mint mix-in flavor, hovering oddly to the side of the cup. When I ordered the oreo shake, they handed me a shake that was over-mixed to the point of being totally brown and sludge-like… sans any trace of oreo or the promised yum factor. If they weren’t charging me $ 3 a pop for these concoctions, I might find it amusing. But they do, and I don’t. So all in all, I say order with caution. You’ll be safer to skip the milkshakes and stick to the burgers.

I knocked off 2 stars because I do not like their«Natural Fries». I love Fries and these suck! I want the old fries back. Its just not the same. But this location is good to me. My food has never been jacked up, missing or cold. The wait is never too long and I only use the Drive-thru.
