Update:
As of 12÷29÷12, I recieved a full refund from Forest River as a California Lemon Law repurchase. I got back my down payment, monthly payments, insurance, storage fees, and the cost of a cover I purchased for it. NOTE: I did all of this without any assistance from EBRV, but through an attorney. EBRV knew of the pending litigation and never once contacted me to offer assistance. Now that I have the lemon gone and some money in my pocket, I will be shopping for another RV… just not here!
