I was told by the salesperson that the service would be better than anything I had before. I said I’d like to try it and he said that he had to sign me up. I saw that they included a HUGE $ 200 cancel fee and he assured me that if I was unhappy they would cancel no questions asked. ^ months later I try to cancel and they tell that I was signed up for 36 month minimum and that I owed $ 200… When I tried to dispute it that said my signature was there above the fee showing I agreed to it. BEWAREOFTHEIRSHADYSUMMERSALESPEOPLE. These kids will say anything to get a signature and once they leave and go back to college, you’re stuck with their malfeasance. So if they knock on your door unless you plan on spending $ 125 a month for the next 36, even if you don’t like what they are doing… expect to still pay them… JUSTTOGOAWAY

I have just experienced what the last several people who wrote the reviews below experienced. I should have known when the initial service was sub-par. Yesterday, I asked to move my next service to 2 months from now and Amanda called incessantly and sent numerous emails wanting to know why. I explained i didn’t want it now and to kindly move the next service or cancel all together. Her reply was the following — she would cancel and she was charging me a $ 125 early termination fee. This company is sleazy and unprofessional. Buyer beware, do not use them.

Buyer beware!!! I work professionally with new homeowners and understand total clarity when presented to me by what seems to be a trustworthy associate. It turns out that there are long term contracts that you are not entirely aware of, that you will need to pay a fee to get out of if not pleased with the service. The sales rep will tell you«no problem» to quit, but won’t tell you about the substantial fee to get out of the contract.
In my case, I had a nice sales rep come to my door and thought the service seemed appropriate for my home. Rep said no problem cancelling the service if I was not happy. Be careful of the mobile electronic contracts… they difficult to read, rep goes fast and you miss the fine print. When techs arrived a week later, they actually informed me that the services I was instructed would provide me the remedy needed, would actually probably not provide the reults that I was originally informed of by that sales rep. After second application, I sadly found our pet chicken dead the next morning(which we I thought was well out of harm’s way locked up in the coop during the date of application). Coincidence??? They say the sprays are entirely safe to pets. Perhaps. But use your own best judgement here. I wasn’t crying foul over that. Went to politely cancel over the phone and the manager made me pay a significant fee to get out of the contract. After a painfully difficult conversation with this manager, I paid it to rid myself of the service. Do not be misled by the friendly reps. Read all of the«very fine» print on the electronic contract and ask them for a paper document then and there, rather than an email after your signature. My advice, look elsewhere.

this company does nothing on the pest control at all. after two or three services, you still get the bugs and flies, ants, etc at your house. be careful when you sign the contract, they will lock you for one year and they charge the cancellation fee, if you want to cancel the service that not effective at all. they will never tell you when you sign the contract there is the cancellation fee . this is the unbelievable worst company.

Man came to my door the day we were moving in and said they were doing a special for $ 49 for 3 months. So I sign up for it. 2 months later they come and spray again(the first time i noticed MORE bugs than usual so I called and got a free service), and charged me $ 115. I got a notice today that they were coming so I called to cancel. Lady on the phone gets nasty after I don’t agree to a lower fee and that I «need to speak to a manager». Manager comes on tries the same BS the first woman did, I explain I can no longer afford their services. Then she tells me I signed a 12 month contract and its a $ 250 fee to cancel early. I asked to receive a copy of said signed contract and they send me a blurry copy of what I signed. TOTALBS. Right now I’m still stuck dealing with this POS company. Revise: just reviewed a copy of «my» service agreement. NOT my signature clearly. Told them that and to compare to the paper I ACTUALLY signed. Company claiming it is the same signature and they are upholding«our agreement». WHAT A JOKE

Zero stars! They came to my door stating they were servicing my neighbors, definitely a little sketchy so I had my fiancé pay cash to avoid any contract. The second appointment we were not home for so they performed the services anyway, no where in the contract gives them permission to do so but they billed me anyway. Saw no improvement in the reduction of pests, they scheduled the third service and when I asked that they cancel it and any future appointments they state I owe a cancellation fee and the remaining balance due. Horrible customer service!

The absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They charged me for service that they did not provide. And this was for just the 2nd visit. I cancelled them and requested a refund and they said no problem. Months later still no refund. Multiple calls asking where my refund is, but they gave me the runaround. Horrible horrible horrible customer service! A complete huge headache. Still, no refund as promised. Do not use them. I would not ever recommend them to anyone!

Don’t even use their service, completely unethical company. Product is horrible like the other review mentioned they care only about money and nothing else. I wish i never switched from the previous pest control company and gave the local one a chance. Big mistake and I am paying the cost for that! Would have given negative Stars if there is an option to do so!
