While it took us a while to realize they had moved from their Peninsula location, Jorge was kind enough to allow us to drop our 3-year old Saeco Exprelia off in San Mateo and it was returned to us in great working condition about a week later, in like new condition. Would highly recommend their services for your espresso machine repairs!

I got your number from SAECO for the repair of my espresso machine which had stopped working. I called and explained the problem. The technician asked me to check something on my machine and voila! it fixed the problem! I avoided a long trip, saved on gas, and had my latte the same day. THANKYOU for listening and diagnosing the problem over the phone!

I’m going to try to restrain myself, repress some of my anger over our horrible experience, and write an objective review of this business. Our Saeco coffee machine was dropped off for service at Espresso Equipment Services on March 30, 2011. We never received a phone call or any other contact from the business informing us about the status of the repairs/service. When we finally called them, they had no idea who we were, or what they were supposed to be doing for our coffee machine. Throughout the month of April 2011, we called periodically, until we were finally told that they couldn’t get the part that we needed to fix the machine. They told us that the good news was that we didn’t really need the part, and that they could work around it. They said that the machine needed to be de-scaled, which they did for the next 2 weeks. The machine was finally picked up on April 29, 2011, with a total repair cost of $ 145.72. When we got the machine back to our business, it still didn’t work, and had the exact same problem that it had before. Summarizing our experience, they kept our machine for a month, they didn’t fix it, and charged us $ 145.72. Horrible customer service, and incompetent staff.
