I was referred to Joyce through my realtor at the time of listing. Joyce was able to use a few of my things for staging, but the bulk of the furniture was very dated. What a difference! The staging was beautiful through out and brought out the homes best features. Actually, I didn’t want to move when they were done. The crew is very friendly and fun to have in your home. I had broken my collerbone, and they were kind enough to finish vacuuming and mopping. I can’t wait to have them help me with my new home!!! The home sold with multiple offers in 4 days, well over asking price. Money well spent!

We were referred to Joyce by our realtor when we listed our house. She came over to check out the house and ended up staying for at least 2 hours. We had picked out carpet and paint colors… all wrong of course. She went with us to the carpet store and picked out a new carpet. She picked out our paint colors and when it was all done and ready for the «fluff», she came over and staged the entire house. She is such a professional and a real joy to work with. We can’t thank her enough for all the wonderful help and guidance.

Joyce was able to show off the best parts of our house and help us market it. We were at 60 days on market when we had it staged. We had an offer within 10 days and we closed three weeks later. She helped us realize that although the house was sparkling clean and we had upgraded what we could afford, the lack of accents and furniture in our case were making the white walls like big arrows pointing to the homes few flaws.

I met Joyce through Thumbtack and hired her for a color consultation in my condo.
After remodeling my kitchen, adding new flooring, slate tile and some furniture, my attempts to find a color palette that could tie the kitchen, living /​dining room spaces together had failed.
Setting an appointment with Joyce was easy and she arrived on time.
She spent some time talking with us to understand our style and what we were trying to accomplish. Instinctively, she then reached for the color swatches and in a few moments solved the problem I had become convinced there was no good answer.
She suggested an accent wall and also the use of color to create an architectural detail to make my fireplace and mantle really stand out. After making sure I understood the plan and had all the paint codes, she arranged for samples to be sent over, which arrived within 2 days.
The following week we started painting and were shocked with the results. Everything was absolutely perfect. The small details she suggested changed the whole feel of each space. The best part was that everything looked like I had planned it that way from the beginning. Joyce kept in contact with us to see if any follow up work was needed.
Considering the time and paint I had wasted prior to reaching out to a designer, the cost of her services was negligible.
