My son had his junior prom (LHS) this Saturday. I called and spoke with LeeAnn on Thursday to order a corsage. She was FANTASTIC! Above and beyond service! She was kind, knowledgeable, and truly took her time with me. She had me send her a picture of the girl’s prom dress so that the corsage could be matched as closely as possible. I was blown away by the level of personal attention I was given. And needless to say, the corsage was PERFECT!

I want to thank Jessica at Knodts Floral for the most beautiful flowers for my wedding 10÷24÷15. My bouquet was beyond perfection and smelled amazing. The centerpieces were beautiful and we received so many compliments! All the bouquets, boutonnieres and head piece for the flower girl were just as I had envisioned. I really appreciate all of the hard work in making the flowers for my wedding perfect! Just as important I want to thank you for the above and beyond customer service. Jessica heard exactly how I wanted everything to look and made it come to fruition with no stress or hassle. This was an incredibly stress free part of the wedding which I am so grateful and thankful. I will definitely be highly recommending this floral shop to everyone I know.

Knodt’s is fantastic! My #1 criteria to become loyal to a retailer is Outstanding Customer Service, and Knodt’s has this in abundance! I don’t know much about flowers, or their pricing, and I was apprehensive. I was helped by the owner (Suzanne) herself, and she had me completely at ease within seconds! No doubt she’s dealt with a novice before! I was asked all the pertinent questions and was provided with at least 10 options, varying in appearance and cost. Suzanne was incredibly generous with her effort and time, and I came away with an arrangement that worked perfectly! Five Stars and thank you, Knodt’s!

We had to lay to rest our 6 week old niece on Tuesday. On Monday my hubby called this florist because in all honesty we were at a loss. Do you send flowers to the home or the service? How do you pick a picture online & say this one is it? How do we know if they will be delivered in time? So he called & spoke with a very helpful young lady. He gave her our budget, the name of the mortuary, the name of the baby. We asked for lots of pink flowers. It was a quick, respectful, efficient phone call. At the service we saw our arrangement and were very pleased! Thank you for making this most difficult time just a little bit easier. I’m sorry we didn’t have an opportunity to take a picture for you. I would highly recommend this business!

This is The third time that I’ve used this florist to deliver flowers locally to a business in Livermore and every single time they completely blow me away with the arrangements I tell him how much I want to spend, where I want them delivered, what time I need them delivered by and they just do an amazing job of always making sure that they have the most beautifully, fresh, colorful arrangements sent out

My husband got me flowers from Knodt’s for my birthday this year. It was a beautiful arrangement, with very fresh flowers that lasted well over a week. They were delivered to my work, and arrived in excellent condition.

I used Knodt’s as my florist for my wedding back in July. The service we received was superb. Our florist was Andrea Brown, and she was amazing. From the first time we met with her, she made us feel so comfortable and aware that we would be in good hands and well taken care of. I came in not really knowing what I wanted, and Andrea was excellent in showing me different ideas and examples. She was always quick to respond if we had any questions and she was more than willing to work with me and making sure we stayed within the budget. The setup/​delivery for our wedding was amazing, and Andrea did a great job. The flowers turned out perfect and just our style.
I would without hesitation recommend Knodt’s flowers to any person looking for an excellent florist as it is evident that Knodt’s truly takes pride in both their work and clients.

Service was superb for my recent wedding. Andrea Brown went out of her way to listen to the look I wanted to capture for my black and white wedding. She did an outstanding job. Everyone thought the floral arrangements were spectacular, and the centerpieces were something to remember. I highly recommend them for weddings!

Please do not go to this flower shop, they will rip you off. My husband paid them $ 100 and all I got was a small flower vase. He said it was totally different from what he saw in the catalog. I hope you can avoid this problem by not buying flowers from them.

The service is impeccable, professional, and very helpful. I have been doing business with them from Alabama and every order has always brought delight and raves.
