Great! I had my computer fixed and tuned up at LC and am really happy with the overall experience, value, and quality of work that was done. I was going to go to the usual retailer and now I’m really glad I didn’t. After receiving a number of options\quotes in a professional manner my computer was in and out in a matter of days (meeting my exact expectations.) I’m definitely going back for an upgrade soon and would recommend them for repairs and pc builds.

The service was great! They kept me in the loop along the way and told me that in the end it wasn’t worth putting any upgrades into because it seemed like a motherboard problem! Would use them again!

In looking for a place to reload my operating system after my hard drive died I came across Livermore Computers. All the reviews were excellent. I talked to Tom and set a time to bring my laptop in for the reload. Wonderful person to talk with. I picked my laptop up the next day. Started it when I got home and noticed that something was not as I thought it should be so I called Tom the next morning. We agreed that he should check it out. I dropped it off in the morning and got a call later in the day that everything was completed. The laptop performs as good as new. Tom and his staff are down to earth great to work with people. I would and will be a return customer.

Tom is awesome in every sense of the word. I run my own e-​commerce business and my hard drive went out. I found Tom on Unilocal and called him on a Sunday night, he answered and agreed to meet me Monday even though he is closed on Mondays. He gave me tons of options, walked me through them, made everything easy to understand and is just an all around nice guy. He understood my urgency, did the work quickly, had reasonable prices and even did a two week follow-​up to make sure everything was running smoothly. I had not backed up in weeks and he was able to retrieve what I needed from my dead hard drive and I even brought in a disc for him to recover. He’s conveniently located, lots of parking and knows what he’s talking about. I will go back for any computer or phone repair and I will gladly refer him to anyone who needs help. I rarely give glowing reviews and this one is well deserved.

Seems very good. I asked for help and got some great ideas and instructions. THey didn’t do the work because my computer was under warranty. I’m considering his estimate for a server for my home. Sounds like it would really rock. So, this is a place I would go again when I need out-​or-​warranty service.

What can I say. Tom is the epitome of customer service. I brought in my wife’s computer that was wiped from a mismanaged «Mac Keeper» outsourced technician (I use that term loosely… Probably a beautician). He realized the importance of the information and time line that was related to it’s use and made it a rush priority. He even worked in conjunction with another local software firm to verify his findings. Tom kept me updated every step of the way.
If you have a problem with your drives, software or hardware, let Tom take a look and you will be happy that you did.

Tom at Livermore Computers is simply AWESOME! He fixed my PC and two laptops. He is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and kind. All three of my computers are running at full-​speed. He even responded quickly when I texted him with a quick question about re-​hooking up my computer.

I am very happy with this place. My laptop died for about a million reasons. Seriously, I think everything on it was broken. It was an expensive model so it was worth it to me to get repaired, they went the extra mile and did whatever it took to get things running again and communicated clearly throughout the process. Its now better than new and i was pleasantly surpised at the total price given the sheer quantity of repair work

Tom is a savior, didn’t know where to turn after I spilled coffee on our MacBook Pro. I opened the back and let it dry out, but the keyboard was not working well.
Great customer service, from the initial call back to keeping me updated every step of the way.
After he replaced the keyboard he noticed my external hard drive wasn’t working he offered to transfer all our data and pictures from the last 4 yrs. Got a new backup drive and data transferred for a sweet deal.
Check out Tom and you won’t be disappointed!

Great services and fast turnaround time. I highly recommend Tom’s services. I am very happy and I feel like I have a brand new computer. It is so fast and he was able to recover my data from the corrupted hard drive.

Excellent service! Dropped my phone, cracked the screen and broke the internals. iPhone was completely destroyed. My phone is my employment and I can’t live without it! Tom took care of everything, got it fixed in 1 Day! He dropped it off to my house the next day.

All I can say is awesome. I got their business card from the friend of mine by accident and never in my life could I expect such a great service !! All my data was restored, hard drive and memory got cleansed off of spam, CPU works faster than ever !!!
