I have come here for my eye needs for over 25 years. Dr. Abramson is the best. But, the whole team here is very helpful, courteous and professional. Highly recommended for your eye care needs!

Dr. Kuntz is great. She takes the time to explain everything and is very patient friendly. Everyone in the office from the gals doing the testing to the gals at the front desk are very professional, helpful and friendly. I’ve been looking for the past 5 years for an optometrist that I can stay with for a long time. In my community many people referred me here. My daughter and I had an appointment and we were seen within 5 minutes. Dr Faith was very thorough and answered all of my questions and explained what was going on with me and my daughters vision. Ashley was very professional. She took the time to explain out benefits and how they were applied and she helped us pick out our glasses and made an appointment with me the next day to bring in my glasses to make sure they lenses I didn’t like wasn’t going to be ordered again. I’m definitely coming back here again.

Staff really need to work on greeting customers. The first time it happened, I thought it was an anomaly. The second time in two weeks is just poor training. Simply recognize that someone is standing there, welcome them and tell them you’ll be with them momentarily. It’s not rocket science.

But seriously, this is a solid business. Their customer service is excellent. They are quick to get you in to get your eyes checked. So easy to buy contacts from them and they have them delivered to your house. Picking out glasses were really easy and it was so easy to have them adjusted. I had some issues with my glasses months after buying them and there were no issues when I needed them fixed. I walked right in, waited just a few minutes and a professional sat down and helped me with my glasses. I didn’t have to wait very long for my glasses to be fixed and continued with the rest of my day. I’m happy we selected Livermore Optometry and I highly recommend them.

Eyes love this place (ha, ha, get it?) and can’t say enough good things about Livermore Optometry. The staff are friendly and setting up an appointment is easy. While they are very thorough about vision, they move you right along, while making you feel well cared for.
They have a wide selection of eyeglasses to choose from and not as many sunglasses, but enough. I would recommend this place to everyone.

First time I ever had an optometry exam. I only waited about five minutes to be seen, The testing was very fast and efficient, and the doctor came in to see me almost immediately when the tests were over. Dr. Nafey was very nice, professional, knowledgeable, and explained all my results thoroughly. I was then moved over to the frames department where they explained my benefits and helped me pick out my new spectacles. It was a great experience all around, I highly recommend them.

Saw Dr Nafey and he was great! The staff we interacted with were also wonderful. Everything was quick, efficent, but I felt like I had their whole attention and all my questions were answered in a friendly and non-​rushed environment. The facility was clean (I saw them clean equipment right before it was used and I like that). I also picked out new glasses and sunglasses with April’s help and that process was painless unlike it has been before for me. They checked my insurance coverage and we’re very knowledgeable about what was covered and what wasn’t. Everything was reviewed with me and I felt they were very respectful and sensitive to how much everything was going to cost. Overall, I highly recommend them.

New patient and I go in for my appointment today. Everyone is pleasant and I get my paper work all complete. Now I am ready for my appointment, wrong. Dr Faith is late and decided to see another doctors patients because they called in sick. Wait a minute, I am here and on time, and ready. I took off work and they can’t see me until 1PM this afternoon. I was referred by another patient to Dr Faith and this is how they treat you. Very disappointed and not very happy.
Still looking for a professional and dedicated (to their patients) eye doctor. Livermore Optometry Group is not it.

My husband hadn’t had an eye exam in 6 years and went back here and Dr. Nafey was his doctor. He really liked him and said he explained everything to him so he understood. The young lady that fitted him for his new prescription was excellent as well. Now we wait for his new glasses to be ready. Great experience and would definitely recommend.

My family and daughter’s family have been going to Dr. Faith for years. Just with all of us there is quite a range of ages, from 4 years to early 70’s. Dr. Faith definitely goes the extra mile to answer all questions as well as a thorough exam. You will enjoy his good sense of humor as well!

I have been going to this optometry group for the last almost 20 years. I moved almost an hour away 13 years ago and because of their continuous professional, friendly service I continue to travel there for myself and 2 children. I have no plans to ever leave. Our doctors have always been informative and great with kids! I’d recommend this Buisness to everyone.

Awesome staff. Dr Faith is the best — caring, funny, thorough. Great store with a ton of glasses/​frames selections. Highly recommended.

Our family has being seeing Dr. Faith for many, many years. Besides being friendly he provides thorough explanations of the exam; what he is looking for and what he sees in your exam. The staff is upfront explaining any additional costs our insurance does not cover. I have found the sales staff to be knowledgeable and very helpful choosing flattering frames; again pointing out any additional costs our insurance does not cover.
The only negative is wait time to see the doctor. I waited 25 minutes for him this last visit; too long. This is a scheduling issue and they need to really evaluate how long patients wait each day and then make the necessary adjustments to the scheduling process.

This optometry group is EXCELLENT! They really take care of you here, they get you in and out but also take the time to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Shawna Kuntz O.D. is my eye doctor and she’s so awesome, I couldn’t recommend her more. Easy location to get to and plenty of parking. I will be seeing you guys next year!

Don’t be fooled by the nice office and displays here. After a very expensive exam they told me my new glasses would be in about a week or week and a half. Well, two weeks later my glasses came in but were made wrong and had to be re-​done. Two weeks later they finally came in. Trying them on for the first time I knew right off they weren’t right. The girl working there said Oh you’ll just have to get used to them. Also she made no attempt to adjust my glasses for a better fit. A week later after almost crashing my wife’s car because of the of the new glasses. I took them back. This other girl said she checked them and they seemed OK to her but she’ll talk to the doctor who examined my eyes and see what he can do. And that will be after he gets back from his vacation next week. Almost two weeks went by and no one called. I then decided to go back and ask for a refund. Oh, the Doctor was apologetic but after all the time they wasted and the set of glasses I could not wear I’d had enough. I definitely have no confidence in this place.
Oh, and I have to mention this DIAMOND CERTIFIED label they have, is a joke. I have to wonder what they paid to be DIAMOND CERTIFIED?

I am new to needing vision correction and Dr Abramson and his staff have been very patient with me as I figure out if I want to/​can wear contact lenses. Dr Abramson was also very helpful in figuring out what I would need in glasses for my unique situation. Very impressed with Livermore Optometry.

Pleasant experience from start to finish. We are new to the area and were looking for a new eye Dr. where we could also purchase contacts and glasses. The staff was very pleasant and Dr. Nafey couldn’t have been nicer. At no point did I ever feel like I was being pressured to purchase products I did not need. I was also impressed with all of the latest technology they have for testing your vision.

So I really love this place. I used come here growing up until I moved away. Anyways a lifetime of greatness! I am back in town for a family emergency and totally smashed my glasses. I went in to see if they could fix them… and they did and did not charge me. Great service!
