I ordered 5 xlarge pizzas today to be delivered at 11:45 am. The delivery guy was so sweet and I was greeted with a huge smile. I appreciate that and it makes pizza guys look even better. That is why am giving pizza guys 5 stars :)

Pizza is excellent here. Especially the thin crust and the cheesy bread. Many options when ordering online such as exttra sauce, variations of toppings, etc. Staff is quite nice as well.

Thw most incompetent pizza place ive ever ordered from. First the guy on the phone bafely spoke english, then messed up my order, made us wait over an hour for the pizza, and the pizza tasted worse than a microwavable. Wish I didnt tip this asshole, dont ever order from here.

We tried to use their «Buy One Get One Free» coupon; you know the ones they leave on your doorstep, and in your mailbox, and wherever. We have somehow ended up with three of these coupons, so figured we’d use one for an in-​night. So called we did, ordering a gluten free ham and pineapple, and for the second one, a gluten free pepperoni. Easy-​peasy, right? Apparently, according to the manager, «the computer» won’t honor the BOGO offer in this scenario, even though the coupon criteria was fully met. We were very disappointed with the response, and the lack of action to rectify it. $ 50 for two rather basic pizzas delivered did not seem palatable to us, so we decided to send our pizza-​craving business elsewhere. Too bad, to, as they have traditionally treated us well in the past.

in the past few months this place has gone down hill. we ordered a pizza at 530 pm on 10÷12÷14 and were told that it would be a 35 – 40 minute delivery time which was acceptable. an hour had passed and i still had no pizza? so i phoned Solomon, the manager, to see if my pizza was on the way and his response is that it left ½ hour ago? we are 10 minutes away from Pizza Guys! this is very disturbing that these drivers have your food in their presence for more than 30 minutes, that’s disgusting! and if you are a good manager and practice good customer service than you should prepare for a busy Sunday night when you know that football and baseball are on.

Awesome pizza and awesome deals.
Ingredients are very fresh and pizzas are very good.
Awesome employee. When I went to pick up my order he asked me if I needed plates, pepper, cheese, napkin, etc. I have been to many other places for pick up but they don’t offer you anything until you ask them. Very happy with this place over the past several tines we have ordered.

I didn’t expect much from this pizza place since there are so many out there to choose from. It was a bit of rolling of the dice we thought. I tried the Hawaiian pizza with extra ham and cheese and it was very good. I then looked closer at the pizza and noticed they use very high quality ingredients. I just want to say thank you for not being cheap and putting good quality ingredients on there. I definitely will order from here again.
Also what was great about this place was that we live 4 exits away and they still delivered to us. Luckily my wife ordered the food because I had assumed that we are out of their range and would have ordered somewhere else.

I love Pizza Guys. I wrote this review becaue I noticed several other reviews mentioned their pizza is often not hot to the customer’s standards upon delivery despite the close proximity to the restaurant. Most delivery drivers do not deliver one pie at a time. They sometimes deliver up to 5 depending on store policy, and this often accounts for lag time from when your pizza leaves the store and arrives at your house.
Other wise, I love the variety and afordability of Pizza Guys. The customer service is great, and my pie, though not always oven hot, is rarely incorrect. (A huge problem I have with rival Pizza Hut!) Kepp up the good work!!!

Lots of good varieties. Pizza itself is so-​so. I feel like there’s not enough sauce in it and isn’t hot, just warm. I live literally 1 minute away and had it delivered, it should’n’t be just warm.
X-​large looks like a medium.
Only pluses that I can give are that the delivered are quick and you can get a free soda or ice cream if you pick up.

There’s two, maybe three places I would regularly pop in for a pizza of consistent quality and experience, and Pizza Guys is one of them. It’s local to home, too, and have tons of coupons, which is a bonus. And for the locals who aren’t a delivery sort, they tend to bonus you with a 2-​liter of soda pop of your choice. Can’t say no to that.
It’s definitely a take and eat outfit — no tables, chairs, just a counter and kitchen, but nothing wrong with that business model in my book.

Pretty good pizza for the price. They often have coupons for buy one gourmet specialty pizza get one free and all orders over $ 20 get a free pint of deluxe ice cream or 2 liter of soda. I reccomend the garlic lovers, all meat and Buffalo chicken gourmet specialty pizzas. The only place better in Livermore is Mountain Mikes, so if you don’t feel like spending a lot of money, this is the place to go.
