Jeff did followed through with his promise and sent out a technician to take care of my water softener. I am a happy camper. Jeff is a gentleman and the technician he sent was awesome. I will definitely recommend Puronics. My water taste great and no white spots on my shower screen and tiles. Previously accumulated calcification on my drain are breaking apart.

I had the water system for over 2 months now which help water spot. It does help so you don’t have to clean the faucet often. The only problem the Sale and the Manager guy suppose to come and test my water to make sure I can drink, but been for a while like 2 months. I just got a call two week ago from the sale guy will arrange customer service to make appointment. After two week, I didn’t hear any feedback yet from customer service to make an appointment. I like the system, but sales /manager and customer service need to follow-up with customers and improve service big time. I hope this improve before I can refer my friend to use this service.

We bought two systems about six months and the systems are still NOT working. The company continues to provide awful service. Three different installers have been out. Also what the salespeople sold us is much, much different than what was installed. No paperwork was ever provided including no maintenance instructions.

Purchased the system from Costco, set up the appt, then they called to move up the appointment, then called back to change it. Today was the day they sent a guy too big to fit under the house and rescheduled for next Tues with a smaller tech. Then the call comes that oops the small tech is off that day and the next. The system may be wonderful, the contracted company is very unprofessional. Would not recommend and I hope Costco can do better than this.

We purchased our Puronics water system from Costco two years ago. We had a water softener from Sears previously but had no experience with Puronics. At the time our system was installed, we were told that the system required maintenance every couple of years or so, depending on our use. I had set up an appointment with them for the service in June 2014(one month ago). First of all, they will not give you a time window. They tell you that you must be available ALLDAY on that day, and they will call you the day before with a time window for service. I was not happy with this, but hey I need the service sooo ok. They call the day before, service window scheduled from 10a-1p. Fine. Day of service, they call at 9:45a, «We’re sorry, the technician had a family emergency, and won’t make it.» I am NOT happy but reschedule to today. Same scenario, block off ALLDAY, make no other appointments and be prepared to sit and wait. They call day before, service window 11 – 2. Fine. 9:00am this morning, I receive a phone call, «We’re sorry, the technician has called in sick, we need to cancel the appointment. Are you available tomorrow from 9−11am? Nooo, I was available TODAY!!! What kind of flakes do you have working for you? I have set a new appointment for this Thursday, and demanded this time for a time window of 9−11am. They complied, probably because they know I’m angry. REALLY? You mean you treat your customers like this and expect a favorable review? Ugh I feel trapped because now this system is installed and I’m married to this company for as long as I own this house, or until the system breaks. Oh yeah, still waiting for a call back from the Service Manager, some guy named Jeff. No call back yet. Guess I’m not high on his priority list… So RUN! Don’t walk far away from this company!
