Cody and his crew are just great! They work hard and when they are done all our windows look fantastic! We have hired Cody many, many times over the years and he is always on time, always does a great job and his prices are competitive. We suggest him to all that we know.

I wish there was a zero star rating. These people are a joke. They were referred by a friend who had used them so I thought I would have a good experience. I didn’t get as lucky as my friend. After I submitted the online quote request I received a call asking me for more info. I was told it would be between $ 240 to $ 270 but they would let and know when they would get there. We set up an appointment. They said they would come over between 11 and 1.
Nobody showed up so I left a voice mail around 11:30.
I finally left the house around 1:30 and at 2:30 I received a call from them saying they were at my house. I let them know I wasn’t going to be home for another hour and tried to reschedule but they said I had to call the «other number» back since they didn’t have the schedule with them.
I received a v/​mail yesterday morning letting know they could come in the afternoon. I left them a v/​mail letting them know it would be fine and to call me to let me know what time. I never heard anything back… Nothing yesterday, nothing today.
My fiancé had told me to not even bother after the first day when they didn’t show up but I told him that everybody makes mistakes and I wanted to give them another chance.
So much for that. Thank God my girlfriend that had first referred me to them said that her neighbor actually had somebody better that they had used. I called them this morning and they came over the same day to give me an estimate. Lucky me it’s $ 210, cheaper than these people.

This Summer Squeegee Genie was recommended by a friend. I spoke with Coty on the phone re. price and timing. The rate seemed high since I have very simple to clean windows but I decided to use the company based on the recommendation. First thing I noticed was a bent screen which I did not have originally. There were multiple windows with no cleaning on the entire perimeter. And many windows with clearly visible «misses».There were dirty water drips and splashes on the newly painted walls and many dirty water drips on the hardwood floors and carpeting. And very visible razor scratches on windows that would not need the use of razors.
Coty is a fast talker and talks a good game but does not deliver a good product.

Cody and his crew just left and my windows look amazing! They are very courteous and do a great job. I have over 50 windows and screens and not one complaint!
I will definitely use them again!

Just had my windows, woefully overdue for a cleaning, cleaned by the Squeegee Genie crew. Cody and company did an excellent job in cleaning the windows, screens, and sills (especially bad due to the wind and vineyards in the So. Livermore area). Professional and thorough — they amazed me when they also cleaned the windows on my garage doors. One of the crew members went out of his way to let me know about some of our dualpane windows where we had broken seals. Will call them again when it is time for a cleaning.
