Deanna is amazing! She usually does my mom’s hair and I decided to get my hair done there for my wedding. When other girls in my bridal party started asking if they could get their hair done there, too, Deanna went out of her way to find more stylists to get the hair done that morning. All of the stylists we had, Deanna, Gretchen, Vanessa, and Cindy were very friendly and styled beautiful hair on my mom, my other bridesmaids, and I! Deanna also did my make-​up and I was so happy how that turned out, too. Deanna had some snacks, apple cider, and fruit ready for us in the morning, too! She really made sure we felt at home, there, and it was a great start to an amazing day.

I’ve been going here for years, followed my favorite stylist, Cynthia. I just get my hair done but they offer lots of other services. Parking is easy if you park around the corner along J street next to Carnegie city park. I can’t speak of the other ladies there but Cynthia is fantastic.

This review is long overdue for two amazing estheticians!
My first visit was with Shannon 6 years ago for an arm wax appointment, and she did not disappoint. I have also received a few Brazilian waxes from her, which are not my favorite, but she is extremely careful and ensures that you are comfortable the entire time. I now visit her periodically for wax appointments and she ALWAYS fits me into her schedule. Waxing is foreign to a lot of young women so it is imperative that your esthetician takes the time to explain skin concerns, conditions, healing process, etc., and that is what Shannon does!
Another great educator on skin care is Leah. She is newer to this location, but has been in this industry for a while now. I cannot thank her enough for the amazing results I have gotten through the Mango Brite facial — my skin tends to lightly peel afterwards; however once I have shed away all of that dull and damaged skin, a beautiful, healthy, glowing face is what I get (plus a ton of compliments). I would highly recommend either Shannon or Leah for your skin care needs! They offer a wealth of information and stellar results.

Laura Keefer has been my stylist for over 10 years now. She is very knowledgeable and whenever I want to try something new, we talk it over so I know what to expect. I have always been happy with the results. I tried a keratin treatment for the first time in October. I love how soft and manageable my hair was afterwards (and still is). Make an appointment with her, you won’t be disappointed.

I enjoyed a wonderful massage today at Three Palms. Leah is the best therapist I have ever experienced. The facility is beautiful, quiet, and very comfortable.

This place is super adorable and cozy feeling. I had an amazing facial with Leah last week! She listened to my skin concerns and recommended the MangoBrite Resurfacing Treatment. My skin looked so fresh and was glowing afterwards! I will definitely be back for more.

I’ve been seeing Leah Basciani for massage therapy since I first found her at LifestyleRX about 3 years ago. When she left Lifestyles, I followed her to a previous location, and now I’m delighted to be able to go to her at Three Palms. Not only is Leah an excellent massage therapist (she really know how to work out all my soreness and is very good at using pressure points to release any tightness and knots), in the past year Leah has become a licensed Esthetician. Yesterday, Leah gave me a facial (MangoBrite Resurfacing Treatment) and it was fabulous — Afterwards my skin was glowing and it felt great! For those of you who have not yet had an opportunity to visit Leah, whether it be for a massage or a facial, you should make an effort to do so very soon! You are guaranteed to become her next biggest fan!

I try to see Leah at least once a month because she is *AMAZING* at what she does! She recently moved to this location and I am eager & happy to follow. I have a labor intensive job she really tailors an amazing sports therapy/​deep tissue massage to whatever your body needs at that time… including the use of trigger points. She finds knots I didn’t even know I had! She is very personable, easy to talk to and listens. I leave my aches, pains, and knots behind me and go home feeling completely relaxed.

Just started coming here for my hair. Really cool layout of an old house. I followed Vanessa Rose here from her previous employment and I quite like this place.
Vanessa is excellent. She takes her time with my hair and helps me camoflage my grays. She understands my needs and always accomodates my schedule. i highly recommend Vanessa if you are searching for a great hairstylist.

Shannon is AMAZING! Always does a great job, flexible schedule, quick and easy! I have been her client for over a year and I can’t see that changing any time soon :)

This review is for Shannon… she rocks! I’ve seen her for waxing and she’s very gentle and patient. Plus she’s super friendly and very professional. I miss her TONS now that I’m living in Saudi Arabia and unable to see her anymore. I’ll be back at some point Shannon!

I randomly found a long lost gift card from three years ago for a 30 minute massage. Score! I upgraded to an hour long hot stone, because I’ve never had one and wanted to give it a try. It was delightful. So nice. Valerie was polite, I felt comfortable, and I felt great afterward! I have a lot of tension, soreness, and knots, which she paid special attention to and really worked on them, yet my massage was still relaxing. I really liked the hot stones. The one drawback was that it is located in a salon, upstairs. So, at times it could be a bit noisy with obnoxious ladies yelling back and forth. So that was a little distracting but it wasn’t constant and the massage more than made up for it. And the prices were very reasonable!

I have been a client of Tony Falconer for over a decade and recently I moved and have tried having my haircut at other salons closer to where I had relocated. I have never found anyone who cut my hair as good as Tony. After a year of searching for a hair stylist in the southbay and many bad cuts later, I decided to return to Tony even if that meant driving an hour each way. I am glad I did. My hair is healthier and more manageable. I highly recommend Tony. She is a pro.

I have been getting my hair cut by the owner, Terri Delgado, for years now. Not only is she stellar, but so is her whole business. I have used other services such as massage, nails and facial and received top notch services!
My Husband, Mom & Best Friend all go here and we just can’t say enough nice things. You are the best Terri!

I agree about Paula! She was very caring through my change from long to short hair and has patiently catered to my whims and monster hair.
I have also had a manicure and pedicure and been very satisfied with the service.

Well this is not a review for three palms itself, but rather just the stylist Toni Falconer.
I have real curly hair and I have tried all sorts of stylists, who destroyed my hair. The first time I went to see Toni, she knew exactly what to do with my hair. I have often tried to stray, because she only takes by appointment (or so I’ve been told), but every time I regret letting anyone else cut my hair.

The following is a transcript of a conversation that took place earlier today in the front lobby of Three Palm:
«Hi — I’d like to get a gift certificate.»
«Oh, well. um it’s going to be little while.»
«Ok-​how long do you think it will be?»
Stylist leaves to consult with someone in the back.
” It will be at least 30 minutes before someone can help you. Everyone is busy. Can you come back later?”
«I’ll try» (In a sarcastic tone) What I wanted to say was:
” Sure! Let me just come back when it’s more convenient for you to take my money! «
I headed out to Purple Orchid Inn and it only took 3 minutes for them to get me a $ 250 gift certificate.
Too bad for you Three Palm! I was checking you out because I was considering cheating on my stylist with you! (SSSHHH!) I learned my lesson.
P. S.HIRE A FRONT COUNTER PERSON during the day! Or cross train your staff!
