While shopping for local companies to get window estimates from, I thought it a good idea to check Contractor Licenses before spending time to have people out to my home for estimates. When I checked Valley View’s Contractor License with the CSLB I found it to be currently suspended. I will not do business with this company.

Hired Graham and Juan to install windows in my house. I was very impressed with their professionalism. They installation went as planned, and even earlier than I expected. When I think of hiring future contractors for other work I need in my home I honestly think back to them, and hope that who ever i hire in the future can be as professional as those two. I am happy with my purchases and would definately give them a call again if and when I need additional installations.

Valley View did our windows, stucco and painting. We were so impressed with the whole process. Graham and Juan are true professionals. The workers were skillful and the job went smoothly. We feel like we have a new home.

When looking for new windows for our house we talked to two other companies first. Good thing, we got to see other windows(some were lesser quality, some had smaller viewing areas etc.), we got to hear how other companies could not do a complete job(our kitchen window goes up against granite, and we were told we would need to schedule a contractor to come at the same time the windows were out) etc. Graham Reid gave us a great quote, knew everything could be done by Valley View Windows, showed up to make sure everything was going along well, and called afterwards to check up. Juan Nunez and his team did an excellent job. They did everything they said they would and more. They were profesional, polite and personable. They even matched the grout on our stone flooring that went up against the sliding glass door. Afterwards they gave me a walk through to make sure everything was just how I wanted it, that all windows worked perfectly, and to show me everything about each window. Before they left they cleaned every window, vacuumed the house with their shop vac, swept up outside and washed down the walkways and driveway. Juan even asked to use our house vacuum to get anything too small the shop vac didnt pick up and vacuumed the entire house. I cant remember the last time I was completely satisfied with a service I had paid for. From Graham to Juan and everything in between I can safely recommend VVW to family, friends and neighbors. Give them a shot and see what they can do for you.

I really have to give Valley View Windows kudos for a job well done. After meeting with several window companies, we spoke to Valley View. Their estimator, Graham Reid, listens, remembers what has been discussed, is honest about the products versus your needs, and is reliable. The installation went without a hitch, and in spite of a family emergency that happened at the same time as the installation, the crew, lead by Leo, was extremely compassionate to our situation, inconspicuous in their work, very clean, and willing to do whatever it took to get the job done to our satisfaction. Our new windows have increased the internal comfort of our home immeasurably.

Valley View Windows absolutely had the lowest price for Low E(tax credit eligible) windows. Graham Reid, their estimator/salesman is a good guy, knowledgeable about the products he is selling, but not to pushy. The windows were installed as part of larger remodeling project and Graham worked the installation into the overall schedule and even made an extra site visit at my request to coordinate with the tile setter to make sure the window in the shower was prepared properly. Their installation team led by Leo was like a well-oiled machine. A crew of three guys showed up and in about 5 hours had removed the old windows and installed the 9 new ones. They picked up all the material from the job, vacuumed(even though it was a construction site) and washed the newly installed windows.
