Been going here for years. Typical big bookstore. The membership is worth it if you buy a lot of new books or use the website for the free shipping. Recently they started pushing the nook a bit more but whatever. The staff can be rude which is a bummer. They could use more seating throughout the store for those who like to read a chapter before buying. The bathrooms could use a better cleaning also.
