Once again, this is a review of the N. Syracuse/​Bear Rd. location.

BEWARE! For the 2^nd time, I sat down for a hair cut and the hair dresser picked up the comb and clippers from her desk that were used on the guy before me, and probably everyone else all day WITHOUT spraying them with anything and her jar of «barbacide» was BONE DRY. Full of combs with peoples hair clippings in them and zero barbacide. I could be wrong, but I think it’s the LAW that you must disinfect combs between customers. If it is not, I may have just found a cause worthy of throwing my hat in the political ring.
In addition to this, the girl was sick and was coughing openly in the air, with spittles of saliva flying around. I held my breath as she breathed on me and prayed it would be over soon. When she’d ask her canned hair-​dresser questions («so, do you have today off work?»), I’d talk out the side of my mouth that was opposite her, and hold my breath again… This happened for the entire haircut until I was ready to turn blue.
Yes, I like saving money and a $ 7 haircut that comes out pretty decent 65% of the time is a gamble that is right up my alley… But after that last visit, I’m done going here. Not worth the risk of getting cooties…

This play can be good. It can also be «hit or miss».
I have been coming here on and off for about 12 years. When I find someone who knows how to work with my wavy hair that is full of cowlicks, I instantly become a loyal customer.

You get what you pay for with this place. $ 5 doesn’t get you friendly or courteous professionals so you shouldn’t expect it. If the Dollar Store provided haircuts, this would serve as their model.

Best haircuts for the best price. Never have to wait long to get a haircutand everyone is very friendly.

I went to get a haircut on Sunday and they did not do a good job, they still left strands of hair on my sideburns and did not take their time, it was like a factory. I do not plan on going back.

This place is terrible. They did such a horrible job on my son’s hair, we had to buzz off what hair was left to try and even it up And, when we complained, they did not take any responsibility, but blamed my son for doing it after he left there. Cheesey!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Spend your $ 5.00 elsewhere and get a good haircut.

For a 5 $ haircut you get what you pay for. I need a haircut every week as a Marine and its a simple fade and trim. The only time that i have had a decent haircut was with a younger male. The lady with the red hair messed up my fade so bad that it looked like a bowl cut. They fixed it for free but it was awkward going back in there to get it done. The only reason i have returned is because as a marine i need a haircut ever week and for 5 $ you cant beat a crappy haircut.
