I would like to make a correction to my last review. After talking with Eat Street and Antonio’s we have discovered that it was OUR mistake. I placed the order and payed for it. My wife went to pick it up, and she payed for it. Hence the double charge. Oops. That was our mistake. Still, Jason was awesome. He correct the error immediately. Also, Eat Street did their due diligence to help us solve the mystery.

Ill set the scene for you: Its Friday 5:30, I’m tired, the child wants pizza, I live in Liverpool– the shining star of suck a$$ food. I call Liverpool Pizzeria and put in an order for pickup.(excuse me ANTONIO’S Pizzeria.) I get stuck in traffic and it kills my time before my next errand that’s going to hold me over till 7pm. I call 15 min after I order and tell them«I will pick the pizza up at 7:30, hold it for me please». I could have pretended to be someone else and say screw the original order. But a jerk I am not. I messed up, so I will happily take the finely aged pizza that I ordered after my errands. The guy says«You know what, we will make you a fresh pizza and have it ready for you. What time are you going to be here?» I say«Thank you so much! I will pick it up at 7:30». Its 7:28pm The woman at the counter is named Elaine. Elaine: You know what we didn’t know what time you were going to come so its not ready yet, but its cooking in the oven: D This annoys me, because –Yes you did know what time, because I told the dude on the phone twice. But whatevs, I’m gonna wait, so I say«Ok» She charges me Approx 16.00 for a pepperoni pizza and as I ponder my thoughts I realize this is more than I was quoted and ask why its so much: Elaine: Oh well you see I charged you for delivery because of the inconvenience. Me: O__o…The guy didn’t say anything about an extra charge. I said I would take the first pizza I ordered and just to hold it. Elaine: Oh you wouldn’t have wanted that one, its been like 3 hours(it hadn’t) Its only a few dollars. Me: That’s not the point, you either charge the customer what you quote them or you let them know its an extra charge ahead of time. Elaine: Well its an extra charge. We are here to make money. So by this time anyone at the front has scurried to the back because«oh no, we messed up, lets hide» So I ask an open question to the men in hiding: Me: Is it your policy to charge a customer more than what you advise on the phone? All eyes are down, only one chunky man with facial hair and glasses replies: «I don’t know what your talking about, I didn’t take you order. Me: O__o(perplexed again)…Its a common sense question.» My question wasn’t order specific! They all ignore me. Elaine: If you don’t want the pizza that’s fine.(she has said this 3x now) Me: You know what that’s fine I don’t want the pizza, give me a refund. Elaine: You know your pizza is NOT even in the oven yet, we KNEW this was going to happen. At this point I thought, dam that is so cool-Elaine is a psychic! And secondly I thought, dammit! She’s a bad psychic though, her predictions were wrong– Because lo and behold, I showed up for my pizza! Me: You didn’t know anything, I didn’t just not show up, I came here to pay for my pizza. This is bad business ma’am. And I kid you not, as I am about to walk out the door: Elaine: NOITSNOT!!! I could have sworn I was talking to a Time Warner Cable employee because this was the worst customer service I had subjected myself to in a lonnng time. I have ordered about once a week since I moved to Syracuse a year ago because hey, its like 4 minutes away from my house. But its cool, I will gladly drive the extra few blocks after work and go to Di Lauro’s(delicious!) or Gianni’s(delicious and even less expensive!). Maybe your all about the money Antonio’s but dam you lost a customer that orders weekly! Be all about the money AND the customer service. That’s good business in my opinion!

I ordered my pizza at 6:15 it was at my house at 6:40. This was great pizza and was still hot when I got it. I was just surprised by delivery time, they told me 45– 1hr, and it was on the table being eaten before 7. Well twin trees and avicoli’s just lost a customer.

Well decided to order from here, first time and last time! Pizza finally arrived after 2 hours, ice cold and hard as a rock! Used a coupon and was over charged. There’s way better options in Liverpool!

My fiancé and I went here for a change and ordered pizza and wings. Out of all the wings in the area, I would have rated these as the best! I was pretty shocked that this little shop had better wings than avicolli’s or even OIP. Would highly recommend.

I was a California girl who met a NY boy and I never had pizza before as good as this. You simply don’t get this on the west coast. I’d drive all the way back from Seattle WA right now to get me a slice of that chicken wing pizza or the cheese pizza. The stuff was the best. Great pizza joint! It was in a plaza right in an easy to access area and we’d drive over and get pizza and wings it became habitual while I was there in 2005 it was like every week we’d be ordering from there. Loved it!

The very best pizza and wings in the Liverpool area. Don’t be fooled by Twin Trees or Avicolli’s. Always hot and fresh. Pizza has the perfect thickness of crust — not thin, not too thick. Very flavorful. Toppings are generous. Wings are amazingly perfectly done every single time I’ve ordered them. Never too crispy, never underdone. Succulent and flavorful. Prices reasonable. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Very conveniently located in Bayberry Plaza at 7608 Oswego Road.
