I dealt directly with Judy, the owner, and she is now the only florist in Liverpool/​Syracuse I’ll use. Outstanding customer service, a great assortment of competitively priced arrangements and very reasonable delivery charges.
I simply told Judy I wanted something nice for my mom and she took it from there. I haven’t seen the arrangement she sent, but my Mom has already called twice to say how beautiful the arrangement is.
And that’s good enough for me.
