For a business that advertises 100% satisfaction for punctuality they sure seem to be late a lot. While it is convenient to be picked up at your door, that is totally negated by the fact that every time I’ve scheduled a pickup in Manhattan they have been HOURS late. Not only are they late, but they don’t even inform you how late they are running so you can do other things with your life while you’re waiting around for them. During my last encounter with this business I was told I would be picked up at 3, and then at 4, and at 5 I had to call them and they were still picking up people in the Bronx. I ended up waiting for a total of 4 hours, which is unacceptable.
I get that this is a new business and that traffic in New York can be difficult to handle, but if you’re consistently hours late, you might want to rethink your business model.
