Its coffee… Pretty decent compared to the other big chain. The main problem is the staff. Occasionally they are rude and its obvious they’re just there for a paycheck. Can’t blame them there but a smile or «have a nice day» could go a long way.

5−19−15. 9:30pm 1 lg chili 1 lg soup &1 sandwich Ordered a large soup & a chili… was asked if we wanted crackers for both, we said no just for the chili as the soup comes with a side of bread [listed right in the menu above her head. ] She told us that there was an additional charge for the bread. We asked about the menu hanging over her head, she had to look up at it and then replied… «well it DOES say that, but I’d still have to charge you extra. That’s just the way it is.» We weren’t asking for anything extra, just what was advertised. Attitude.

3 times in 3 weeks, bad attitude from drive thru. No more for me. Nice products, used to be great staff. Not so much any more. A little curious to what happened but going to stick to Dunkin a couple of doors down the street.

If mcdonalds and starbucks had a baby it would be tim hortons. A really nice location to get your morning coffee and a bacon and egg english muffin. Comfy lounge area with a tv playing the local news. Happy staff. Lots of glass windows makes it somewhat chilly in the store, but its worth it… one needs as much natural light as possible in upstate ny.
