Great tea awesome breakfast sandwiches. Don’t miss this great spot in Livingston. Comfortable couches chairs and lots to read. I know it’s my favorite breakfast place around.

If you are ever feeling nostalgic about the 90’s, pop in to Chadz for coffee and a sandwich. Very cool, bohemian atmosphere, and Chad himself is a great guy. This is my favorite coffee shop in town, and their sandwiches are awesome. I only wish they were open later and on Sundays.

We ate here on our way out of Yellowstone, and it was a great experience. We had the breakfast burritos (served all day!) and coffee. They do flavor shots! Chad was helping us at the counter and had the best owner-​operator positive attitude I’ve seen. Wifi was quick, all the sandwiches are made to order – deliciously – and the space has several couches and booths for a homey atmosphere. A+ experience, will stop by again next time.

Chadz has a variety of delicious coffees, lattes and desserts. A pleasant atmosphere. The first thing I noticed about Chads is he has a window seat with pillows and a coffee table that is very inviting. Deep purple pillows. A great meet up with your laptop kind of place. He even has a computer there for you to use if necessary ~Debbie:)

A Livingston institution and well worth a visit if you’re from out of town. One of the few places in these parts that can make a decent cup of tea. The best food of any of the local coffee shops, in fact worthwhile as a lunch stop in its own right even if you don’t partake of the caffeine.
