It’s almost if management doesn’t care. Walked in and did not feel very welcomed. Person who seemed to be of authority did not smile or provide a warm welcome… traditionally i hear«hi welcome to cicis» but here…*crickets* and ugly looks. Buffet was 90% empty for the hour we were there with a headcount of 20 ppl including small children. Restrooms were dirty and slimy looking on the walls. Papertowel dispensor was full but did not work. All of the metal parts in the restroom were rusted bad. Stains on the wall and ceiling. Some ceiling tiles in the lobby were spray painted to cover the roof leak stain and just made the wall look worse with spray paint. Alot of cheap rigged maintenance ‘fixes’. Lobby tv did not work properly with just a revolving menu of a dvd and a jumping picture. Ice machine didnt have ice in it the entite time drink warm sodas. Tables remained dirty. They seemed properly staffed for the current business but the staff didn’t look motivated. I will think 3 times before visiting here again. Not the classic cicis experience. The pizza that we did actually get to eat was good.

Service is still poor, place is filthy, never enough kept on buffet anymore and staff is the same olé same olé, Corporate does not listen that this business has really gone down…

Worst CiCi’s Pizza I’ve ever been to. The only positive comment I can make about this place, is the fact that the employees are very friendly. What little lettuce is left in the salad bar is brown, the ranch is completely empty, more than half of the pizza selection is sausage, and pepperoni on another pizza is burnt. It’s Saturday evening, and I can see why there are only about three to four other patrons here. I don’t expect much from a CiCi’s; however, I can certainly say that I will not be coming back to this location.

We stopped in for lunch because we saw that they were advertising $ 5. 00 and some odd change for the buffet. Ended up paying a ungodly amount for the drinks. So it really wasnt a bargain. I gave this restaurant 1 star because the staff were very friendly. And Most of the tables were clean and bussed fairly quick. However while eating we observed one of the staff attempting to reach an item high up on a shelf. They grabbed tongues from the buffet bar to use to get ahold of the item. When they finished the same tongues were put back in with the food for customers to use. Next we watched a staff member change a light bulb above the soup and cheese bar area. The soup had no lids and dirt and fuzzy dust were falling into the food. They apparently saw nothing wrong with that. Seeing those 2 things with in a half hour time of eating lunch. It makes a person wonder what else happens during the rest of the day.

They’ll gladly take your money and seat you, but on any given day, ¾ of the tables need to be bussed, so good luck finding a clean table. There is also the consistent problem of the buffet being restocked. I only come here because of my kids, and I’m not expecting perfection, but my kids don’t want to come here any longer.

The food was good and the staff was nice — there were some cleanliness issues though.
