Marlene is the BEST Esthetician/Skincare Specialist that I have ever had the pleasure and luck to find. I have been under Marlene’s care for over 10 years and, in addition to tremendous skincare results, I enjoy each and every minute spending time with her. She personally cares about her clients!

Great stylists, colorists & estheticians. I finally found a place where I’ve never walked out less than fabulous! I go to Jodie or Jerilyn for my styles, and Sara for color. However, I have had other colorists and stylists when they are not available. I haven’t been disappointed yet. Very comfortable & sweet staff all around. Don’t let the atmosphere intimidate you. Everyone works as a team and makes you feel it really is ‘their pleasure to have YOU !!

Got a great color and blowout today. This was my first time at the salon, I couldn’t believe how busy it was. Receptionists weren’t very friendly but since my hair looks great I will be back.

My favorite salon hands down, I don’t trust going anywhere else so this is the only place i’ll get my hair done. Amazing service, decently priced. I love it.

I usually only get my hair done at Dieci, but after a stressful week I decided to get a last minute facial. Roxanne was great, I would really recommend her. but this was really was not the facial I expected for $ 150. Firstly, this is the first facial I have ever gotten where they do not use a steam machine. Considering I do not have perfect skin by any means, I really find this to be a staple to a facial. Secondly, I am aware this was not a massage and therefore is not meant to be as much of a «relaxing» experience, but I could hear loud thumping noises, people talking right outside the door and the music was a little irritating. Thirdly, the facial did not make much of a difference to my face and a couple of days later I find myself feeling the same way about my trouble areas. It may be that the products they use are so «organic and all natural» that they do not work as effectively? All in all, the experience was just«okay». I am trying to rate it fairly as I know a facial here cannot be up to par with one at a resort or hotel(some resorts give you use of a shower, jacuzzi, etc in the spa area). However, I have gotten facials at smaller and less prestigious salon/spas and have had better experiences to rave about and results that I was happy with.

I’ve been looking for a good salon in the area for the longest time and decided to take my chances at Dieci. The salon is absolutely huge and gorgeous! There is a waiting area for children and/or spouses. I got a haircut and a conditioning penetration treatment with Joe. He was amazing! His shampoo massage was to die for! He took his time and knew how to bring my hair back to life. I loved how they introduced me to new products but weren’t pushy like a lot of salons are. Their boutique is huge and has a wide variety of products. They also have an awards system. For every dollar you spend, you get 5 points that you could put towards future visits.

I have been going here for over 10 years and frankly I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Sandi colors and cuts my hair since I was in high school and Nicole Merc is usually my go-to if I need a bombshell blow-dry! The girls who work here are professional, talented, friendly and efficient. Even though I spend an arm and a leg in here for my color especially, it is worth every penny. Sandi is a color genius! I’ve sent 5 other women here after they had hair disasters at other salons, and they keep coming back as well! I highly recommend this place!!! Don’t look anywhere else for amazing hair.

My wife got food poisoning. We called 1st thing in the morning to cancel her day of beauty. Not only did they allow us to reschedule, but wanted to charge a $ 250 fee on top of it! I figured there was some misunderstanding so I called and the owner would not take the call/call back. He & his manager were nasty to my wife who was legitimately sick WITH A DR’s note/prescription. Well done Diece. You lost us and hopefully more after this posting.

I’ve been a customer of Dieci for a very long time. What I love about Dieci is that it is a consistently reliable salon with competitive prices. I find their staff to be super friendly, very easy to work with and very accommodating. I like that I can go to just about anyone there for color, cut, blow out, waxing, whatever and know with confidence that I am gonna walk out looking great! Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever been disappointed. Jessica, Rob, Donna B., Eden, Jenny-downstairs for cut/blowout/styling – all with great sense of humor, jokes, intelligence. Joanna, Holly, Kim, Donna-upstairs/color-Color can be laborious and they make it as efficient and pleasant as possible. Gina– upstairs is fantastic too. When you can’t afford to go wrong… go to Dieci.

Donna B. did my updo for a fabulous wedding. She was spectacular. Perfectionist, detail oriented, obsessed. I deducted a star because although they were nice, the girls who handled my rollers seemed unprepared and confused on how to do it. Apparently they messed up because we had to wash my bangs part way through my updo when Donna realized there was way too much hairspray and she couldn’t style my hair. Definitely recommend this place and Donna B. for updos!

Have been going to this salon for 15+ years… Very clean and talented staff. The senior colorist Tracy is the absolute best. Lenny’s assistant Sara does awesome blowouts. Recommend Sean and Akihla for haircuts and blowouts. Cons: A blowout is not included with the color. There is an extra charge. The conditioning treatments(10 minutes) are $ 10 extra. They don’t tell you that when they ask you of you want to sit with a conditioning treatment. After paying $ 300 for color and highlights I think they have a lot of nerve to charge me $ 10 for conditioner. The valet puts cones in the spots closest to the door to reserve for himself so if you want to park yourself you have to park in the back. When he does that, I let him park my car but then I don’t tip. ;) The cashiers are beyond rude. I hear someone complaining about them every time I am there.

I visited the Spa twice, once in 2007 and today. My husband gave me a package the first time, and I had the spa treatment. Today I went to get a pedicure done, also thanks to my husband: he won a gift card. I WILLNOT pay out of my own pocket to visit this place for spa or pedicure. It is way overpriced. Can’t recall much about the spa experience, except that there was nothing out of ordinary. Amanda was the lady giving me the pedicure today. She did a mighty fine job, but I can get the same service paying much less. I saw other reviewers mentioning the front desk. I had a nice experience walking in, but leaving was another story. Anyway, go somewhere else for manicure/pedicure.

Sandi is the best haircut I have gotten, and I have been going to her for 7 years now. She’s fun, gives a great haircut, and is always available.

Dieci is an excellent salon, especially with Lenny and his assistant Sara. I had an appointment for a hair makeover for my thin, fine damaged hair. Lenny, together with his assistant Sara, worked their magic. Lenny started by transforming my color from a shade of yellow-mousey brown to a nice healthy chestnut with auburn highlights. He then cut and shaped my hair the best ever. I left feeling so much better. Lenny and Sara are the finest!

I really loved my haircut here! I have difficult curly hair and they did a fantastic job. The products they use are high end and make your hair feel so smooth. My stylist was extremely attentive and gave me the exact cut/style I wanted. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I want to like this place bc it would be so convenient but. I went to get my hair colored, they didn’t tell me they have different level stylist… I prob should have known, they didn’t tell me after 120 hair color that they don’t dry your hair, unless you book a separate blow out. Maybe I should have known… Maybe??, or maybe they could have told me these things when i booked the appt. The stylist showed up 30 min late. Ok traffic happens… So. I’m running late with wet hair and already annoyed and the receptionist rudely tells me I’ll have to take the tip upstairs myself, she can’t take it? Left, really pissed off… They have a «valet» not sure why to pretend they are elite??? Plus after i get home I see that my hair is very red! the only thing I asked was please dont make it red. I did go back and get it «fixed» and left with black hair… I went back a second time to get a massage. Spa was dark and dingy. Its cheesy inside with fake pillars and fake ivy painted everywhere. Massage was ok, I like a strong deep tissue massage but it was so hard it was not at all enjoyable, I asked 3 times for it to be softer… ah well…

As one absolutely thrilled client, I had to write. Rob cut my hair about two weeks ago — I was one of his models who would qualify him for his own chair which I understand he now has. Bravo! Since that time, I have worn my new do, curly, straight, up, down, even soaking wet, and it always looks great. As a professional in the beauty industry, myself, I have not only been cut by the«best of ‘em,» I have worked side by side with them as well. The last time I remember being so enamored with a hairdresser was in Toronto at Vidal Sassoon. That was in 1971. Rob is a star in the making. He has talent with a scissor, an artist’s eye for design, and something else extremely rare in this business: a genuine concern for the client in his chair. People compliment on my new hair all the time, especially my 37 year old daughter, my biggest critic. She just told me, «Mom you have to go back to Rob every time you need a cut.» I intend to send Rob my clients, and, listen to my daughter. Fran M

I’ve always had a great experience here. I have never used the spa for a facial or to get my hair done, but the spa is awesome. I think I have tried the Swedish massage, warm stone massage and aqua massage. I have also had the spa manicure and pedicure. It’s a bit pricey, but it’s definitely worth it.

I’m a long time customer and a raving fan. Never had a bad experience in ten years+. Marlene in the spa runs a tight ship. Elizabeth is so top notch I hesitate even telling anyone about her in case she gets too busy for my next appointment, haha.

Dieci Salon is a wonderful place to get your hair done. The staff is extremely well-trained and always do good work. I have gotten my hair colored, cut, and done for weddings, and every time I walk out of the door satisfied. The only thing is the prices are somewhat high, however you get a great final outcome for the price.

Eeeeeeeeeeeeek is the right word for this place! Sorry but wayyyyyyyyyy over priced for a really inexperienced service!!! Ok so I had a facial there which costed me $ 90 which is a good $ 25 over the average standard price just so I could wear a plush robe basically lol I was told to dress into this terry cloth robe and enter into this facial room. The place was pretty and the spa area was very nice but I could have done with none of that if they actually gave me a good service on what I was paying for! I had some young girl, younger than me and I’m in my 20’s lol give me a facial. I explained to her, as I do to ALL my facialists wherever I go that I have very sensitive skin. She cleanses me with an abrasive salicylic acid scrub then proceeds to steam me and pop my pimples with a needle! She squeezes the hell out of my face causing me to tear the whole 45 minutes I had to be there and then put some sort of finalization cream on my face that burned. I walked out of their hanging my head in horror because I was all red, blotchy, pale white like a ghost. I was embarrassed to walk past the hair salon people which was my only escape out of this place after she tortured my face for about an hour. The best part, she then had the nerve to pull me into one if their consultation rooms and try to sell me the salicylic acid scrub she used on my face that I was in pain about! If you know anything about skin care products and have a remote idea about sensitive skin, why in the world would you put any kind of acid let alone an abrasive scrub on someones face who is super senstive!!! I would like to believe this person didn’t go to school for this based on her complete lack of knowledge about skin. Which should be astonishing in itself that your going to this«high end» salon and paying a much higher premium for a facial then anywhere else and getting an inexperienced and obviously uneducated person working on you! It makes me wonder how places like this stay in business. Seriously. Stay as far away from this place as possible for your skin’s sake!

We just happened to be in the area for the weekend and I badly needed a chop. My friend hooked me up and they gave me a 5pm appointment with Marisa despite a busy Saturday schedule. But when we couldn’t make it on time, they accommodated me for 9 am the next day with Shaina. I don’t like getting up early especially on a Sunday and the idea of doing it for a trim didn’t help at all. But that’s what I get for missing my chance. Fortunately, coffee perked me up and Shaina made me very happy. She was a no nonsense stylist. She just listened and got down to business. At the end, I loved the cut! If I lived in the area, this would definitely be a place I’d frequent for some pampering.
