My boyfriend wanted to surprise me with some edible arrangements for Valentine’s Day by sending some to my job at costco and turns out I never got them on Valentine’s Day. Thanks for ruining my special day Edible Arrangements. So I was waiting all day for something to come I didn’t know what it was but I left work empty handed and it turns out that they asked if I even worked there and the workers said there’s no one by the name of that that works here. When clearly the girl on the phone said that she knew who I was«oh the short girl». Rude very much so. They didn’t even want to try to look around for someone of that name. If you knew who I was, knew that I worked in the building, and it was Valentine’s Day… you must really have wanted to just upset anyone you could that day. They tried making it up by sending an extra 6 piece chocolate covered strawberries but it still upsets me that I didn’t get it the day I was suppose to. And they didn’t even try. And better yet they had a phone number to call and didn’t even use it. I would’ve had to pick it up myself when Edible Arrangements is suppose to deliver it. Bottom line. Don’t order from here you probably won’t get your overly expensive gift anytime soon. Better off picking up and making something yourself and delivering them.

i called Edible Arrangement at 523 S. Livingston Ave, Livingston, NJ on Saturday, 8÷30÷2014 to have an arrangement sent to someone who did me a favor. when i called i spoke to Tonisha, she informed me that they cannot deliver because their driver came in waited an hour, decided they are NOT busy so he left, therefore i could not have something delivered, she told me to come pick it up myself and bring it to them. I was appalled that she would even suggest that. i asked to speak to the owner, she told me he rarely comes to the store. I asked to speak to the manager, SEBASTIAN and she said he’s not here. i left a message for the manager but he never called me back. I WILLNEVERSHOPINTHISSTOREAGAIN, if i need something delivered in the Livingston, NJ, i wlll choose a different sort of gift just so i don’t have to use this store. This was HORRIBLE customer service, she did nothing to try to help me out and I’m not sure if she just decided NOT to give the manager the message or if he just decided not to call me back.
