I wish I read the reviews first. The owner is totally unprofessional. He refused to give me a delivery time.

Weber sent these guys to do a warranty repair. The owner performed the service. First he missed the wednesday appointment… ran too late to show. Then he never showed up for the rescheduled fri am. Saturday 7:00 am we get a phone call that he was coming. Repairs made and while he was a personable guy… there were no apologies for the missed appts. After the appointment i noticed that and he stomped all over the plants next to the grill. huge fail. Will be calling weber to notify.

The good — I needed a new regulator and hose for my Weber Grill. He didn’t have the one I needed and instead sold me a substitute(about $ 30) which needed a small brass adapter to fit my grill. The bad — he took an adapter(which still had old pipe dope on it) out of his used parts box and charged me $ 7 for it. Should have tossed it in for free as he wouldn’t have sold the hose/regulator without including the adapter. Like the previous reviewer I wanted to buy local but felt taken by this shop. Tho other good — has the hugest selection of new grills I’ve ever seen. Shop there and buy somewhere else.

Avoid this store! I went in for a part for my Weber grill and the owner is just plain nasty. He tried to sell me a soon-to-be out of date tank for $ 60, asked three times why I couldn’t pay cash for the part I needed and then charged me $ 10 more than the sticker price. I was so embarrassed that I hurried out and didn’t notice the overcharge until I was half-way home. I went back and he didn’t apologize; he just took $ 10 out of the cash drawer«to make it easy.» Then, the part I bought didn’t work. When I went back for another, he growled, «This has never happened before,» grudgingly gave me a new one, placing the old one back on the shelf! He tried to blame the problem on my husband’s installation of the part. Guess what-the new part works! He is just plain surly and not really interested in pleasing his customers. I wanted to buy from a local merchant but in the future, I will order the parts online. At least I won’t get verbally abused or over charged.
