I had the most pleasant experience here today getting first time glasses for my 6 year old son. Thank you so very much to Chivon who made what I was afraid was going to be a rough experience a very easy one. She convinced my son that he looked super smart in his new glasses. She also helped with insurance and pricing issues and made our entire experience an easy one. I neglected to get the Doctors name however she was just as sweet and patient with my son. Please don’t discount this place as just a mall eyeglass shop. They are a serious facility and do excellent work.

We just left this store and had such a good experience that I wanted to write a review. Marc G has excellent customer service skills. We have been to other LensCrafters locations in the area and this by far was the easiest and most helpful visit when trying to find new glasses for my husband. He clearly explained everything we needed to know and did not pressure us into getting anything that wasn’t needed. He even helped him find different frame options, which was not something we were expecting based on previous experience. My husband was also concerned about the thickness of the lenses for the frames he chose and Marc helped to explain which frames would be best suited for that purpose. Thanks so much, Marc! We will definitely be back if we need glasses again!

The best staffed doctor’s office in the area. They are reasonably priced and are very flexible with schedules. Front office are well trained and sweet. I have made this office my primary and the added benefit is mall shopping while you wait.
Have referred about 5 co-​workers and 2 family members so far. All have come back with positive feedback.
